I think what we're all forgetting here is that aLive hasnt been signed by Fnatic :l Fnatic said they never signed him unless I missed something which I could have but I swear I read that they said they didnt sign him :l. So why Fnatic is being made out to be the big bad wolf I dont know smh

Do you need to talk to the boss of someone before offering him a better job nowaday? That's completly retarded. You go to him, you offer him a spot in your team... and if he is interested, then you go discuss contract business with his manager. Logical step. Inducement to a breach of contract makes you liable for said breach of contract and yes it happens throughout the business world. Even when you don't have any legal liability for talking to someone under contract it is generally considered bad form to approach them directly. Many people don't care about this, but in a community driven industry this is important We can't say anything on the specific legal issues without the details of the contract (such as what means were available to end it). But it seems like aLive and/or Lee misinterpreted something about Fnatic's position in this unless Fnatic is lying (which doesn't make a lot of sense as all the facts and logic seem to back their position).

There is no way all these can be true: 1) Puma has been STOLEN from TSL by EG without him knowing 2) Trickster and Fruitdealer lied about being treated badly/ not being paid. 3) JYP, Killer, Clide (3 of the 5 best players, possibly top 3) were sent off as part of a master plan. 4) Fnatic attempted to STEAL aLive from them. I dont think you should be calling coach lee a joke.

Coach Lee said to Virgil that was the reason those three players were set free of their contracts. Not showing up to your job is pretty much deserving it. Still it is impossible to have so many misunderstanding around 1 person if he isn't doing anything wrong.

Yeah... how about money? aLIve already admitted that it was his mistake, that he became money hungry, and never told coach Lee until he found out about his conversation with Fnatic management from other sources. He also said that he was not happy in TSL. He said he planned on telling coach Lee (yeah.. like when? after you signed with Fnatic and out of country?), but coach Lee found out first.

There's more evidence pointing to this guy fucking up horribly than there is that he's a nice guy. Why does anyone actually care about Coach Lee, all I've seen from him is crying wolf that the big bad foreign scene is attacking him. He copy and pasted the EG incident... This is getting old, he can't be so oblivious. What, the player just disappears all the sudden and he throws his hands up in the air, "Where'd he go!? CURSE YOU FOREIGN SCEEEENE!"? It's his fault, you can't keep making excuses for it. He shouldn't react like this. People are saying the foreign scene is hurting e-sports? No, this asshole is.

Seems to me like he acts on emotions rather than reason. Good point. Turns out that EG's "poaching" of Puma was completely legal anyway, and Fnatic's "scandal" might not have even ever happened -.-' It just seems like Coach Lee jumps the gun and exaggerates things before understanding what happened on the other side of the coin. And that's probably because- while he's a great Coach- he's apparently pretty poor at running the business end of his team (not keeping players on contracts, not knowing what players are talking to what other teams, etc.).
