Yes but that doesn't deny the fact that what Lee did back then in the EG drama was absolutely wrong, yet u gave him credit like he was right....he overreacted...he didn't investigate..and he started flaming without knowing all the details....exactly like now that lead to a lot of flame pages on EG that they didn't deserve (hurt their image for what?...because a korean said so?)

Feel bad for TSL. All the angry reactionary knee jerkers are effectively saying "Coach Lee?! Yeah, I've read that name twice before in TL's community news. FUCK that guy, he causes so much drama." Sad. I think the real victim here is Alive, lead along by a member of Fnatic etc.

None of these 3 happened, but he still left the team. thereby he breached his contact. Did he leave the team or team house? Is leaving the team house considered leaving the team? Is staying in the team house part of the contract? What caused him to leave the house? Was there verbal abuse going on? Are there stipulations in the contract that require a professional working environment at the team house and was that somehow being broken? Was Coach Lee abiding by the guidelines outlined in the contract? There's a lot of situations where you can get out of a contract other than what you have listed and we don't know any of the details of the situation or the contract so what you say is pure speculation.

Both. He left after the fnatic guys stayed at the TSL house (ToD and Rain were staying there) and when they left he left too. He was then listed at teamless on goms website, changed his twitter name and right now at the very moment he is playing GSL as a teamless player.

How do you know he left the team and wasn't kicked off the team for leaving the team house?

Do you need to talk to the boss of someone before offering him a better job nowaday? That's completly retarded. You go to him, you offer him a spot in your team... and if he is interested, then you go discuss contract business with his manager. Logical step. You're not familiar with normal sports? If you talk to a player without going through the team first in normal sports you can/will be sued.

(Virgil has strong contacts in the korean scene, since he has korean players on his team, he also works with the KSL guys, so he's a trustable source).

That's unprofessional and really shady. I'd put an eSahara stamp on that. This was the explanation given at lo3, now if you think this is an ok explanation from a top3 esports organisation then you sir are easily fooled. ![]()

I think the real victim here is Alive, lead along by a member of Fnatic etc. So no one can speak to a player of another team before talking to their manager? Contract or not, how stupid is that? Obviously you will talk to a player to see if he is interested before going to their coach for negotiations. If there is no contract, there is not even a need for negotiations with their coach. There was no contract. That's how business and contract work. I don't think that there is a clause in their contract saying "YOU CAN'T TALK TO MANAGER FROM OTHER TEAM AND YOU CAN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT LEAVING WITHOUT ME, COACH LEE' AGREEING BEFORE HAND." Some people are overreacting, like ever. Exactly like Coach Lee, actually... there is no fucking need to bring that to the community to create drama. What does he expect? Sympathy? Help? He is just trying to hurt Fnatic. He should grow up and try to resolve is own issue himself, like other team manager.

So actually he isn't saying anything about Fnatic. He said he wants to take legal action against alive NOT fnatic.

They wanted to be the first at NASL to talk to Puma after his results, they wanted to profit by being the first to come up with an offer. Considering Lee wasn't there, they had to talk with Puma (to be the first), give him an offer that he should pass to Lee after Puma himself felt confortable with the idea that a possible transfer could occure... Problem was from what i know that Puma went to Lee and took the decision by himself instead of passing the offer to him to make the decision together with him. What Puma did wasn't known by EG, so they couldn't react in time.

Fnatic recruited Rain from TSL last spring, there wasnt any drama then. So Idk this is just weird. I think aLive messed up. Because Fnatic and TSL were on good terms after Rain transaction, the Fnatic players even lived in the TSL house a couple of weeks ago. Something has gone terribley wrong, and the community doesnt know jack shit and we're just created retarded drama out of things we dont know about.
