Discussing the controversy and stating your opinions in a constructive way is fine, but there will be bans for any player/organization bashing without anything to substantiate it.

TSL again. I cant help but feel that the TSL coach is bitter over his players leaving and wants to point the finger at whoever or whatever he can. If the partnership deal didnt go through with fnatic, or there is a potential future signing with Alive, then its a good excuse for Coach Lee to point his finger straight at them.

I wasn't sure who was telling the truth with Puma, but now I just don't care any more. I'll wait for the apologies and additional news releases to start clarifying this unnecessary drama.

I would like to know in what way aLive "breached" his contract with TSL.

If a player is under contract he can only leave because of following:
1) contract expires
2) someone buys him out of the contract
3) management decides to release him.

None of these 3 happened, but he still left the team. thereby he breached his contact.

Did he leave the team or team house? Is leaving the team house considered leaving the team? Is staying in the team house part of the contract? What caused him to leave the house? Was there verbal abuse going on? Are there stipulations in the contract that require a professional working environment at the team house and was that somehow being broken? There's a lot of situations where you can get out of a contract other than what you have listed and we don't know any of the details of the situation or the contract so what you say is pure speculation.

Both. He left after the fnatic guys stayed at the TSL house (ToD and Rain were staying there) and when they left he left too. He was then listed at teamless on goms website, changed his twitter name and right now at the very moment he is playing GSL as a teamless player.

So... shouldn't Coach Lee be angry with Alive? I don't see where Fnatic is responsible...

The korean article states that he want to take legal actions against aLive not Fnatic. However Coach Lee seems to be under the understanding that aLive breached his contract due to fnatic (which might be true, since fnatic said they were in contact with him). But yes you are right, Fnatic are very likely innocent in this drama.

That's what I feel like what happened too. It just seems highly unprofessional of Coach Lee to throw Fnatic's name under the bus until the story develops or we hear the full story.

Maybe EG should give fnatic some pointers on dealing with TSL

Actually, I dont think so. Fnatic recruited Rain from TSL last spring, there wasnt any drama then. So Idk this is just weird. I think aLive messed up. Because Fnatic and TSL were on good terms after Rain transaction, the Fnatic players even lived in the TSL house a couple of weeks ago. Something has gone terribley wrong, and the community doesnt know jack shit and we're just created retarded drama out of things we dont know about.

No....Lee created a retarded drama by making a shady internal drama public....we are growing the drama..but not started it.

He has every right to take it to the court. aLive was under contract. there's nothing shady about it.

Then let him do so, i grow tired of him telling the world how bad other teams tend to be, either take it to court or keep it to yourself. Who are we supost to believe now ? If Lee is in his rights he should go to court, if he has nothing he should ask himself why do my players keep leaving me.
This is more then just "bad luck" I sereusly doubt Couch Lee is half as good as people claim him to be, all feel sorry for him when non knows what actualy happend.

I think it can very well be misscommunication, maybe aLive said "I'm going fnatic" when he left or something. It seems this may be a huge case of misinterpretation from both aLive and TSL.

No, it's not her... it's Brian Hyun Choi

aLive is a fantastic player and we admire his skill, aLive did chat to our translator - Brian Hyun Choi , who is his friend, never with a formal offer it was a casual conversation between two friends.

Yikes, I feel absolutely sorry for TSL. They've lost so many good players such as Rain, PuMa, Clide, SangHo, JYP and now aLive. I don't know whose side to take on this one because Fnatic certainly don't seem like the "evil empire" of esports.

The moment all the decent players on TSL simply keeping running off to other teams, it might be reasonable to assume that there's something wrong within TSL itself.

What a shock, TSL being rude at near sociopathic levels and accusing people of mistreating them. Meanwhile another player is trying as hard as possible from to get away from Coach Lee. When are people going to see the writing on the wall and realize that this is not just coincidence. TSL keeps having these problems for a real reason.
Caster duos should compliment each others' strengths. "You look very handsome today, Tasteless."

Oh, then that is completely unrelated to the Fnatic story. Why did it come up only now?
Shouldn't this have become an issue the time he left the team?

Since news of him breaching his contract came along with the news of the accusations against Fnatic,
I thought he breached his contract by talking to another team or something along those lines.

I like how so many of you are accusing TSL of having some sort of internal problem, as if you know anything whatsoever. Stop accusing Coach Lee of wrong doing and allow things to work out before you pass judgement.
