There are two reasons why someone would be offended by swearing A, they are a pussy, or B because they are afraid that they are killing esports. (A) will bring you many troubles, (b) will likely not affect the quality of the games and hence your amusement so why do you fucking care? No caster is perfect, i dislike day9 mainly because he seems like some1 i just wouldnt like in the real world, and thats fine. Khaldor ain't perfect but come on let the fucker swear a bit and stop being so salty/fluffy

These are professional players, and yes, they will make mistakes, but a caster cannot know what the player is thinking when he does it. The mistake could be due to incomplete information of a situation, and given the information he has he was doing the best thing he could. Sometimes, Khaldor makes it seem like these guys just don't know what they're doing. He is consistent about it at least, and i don't notice him giving some players more stick than others. Sometimes i just think if the player had a chance to explain their mistakes, then they could probably explain why it wasn't actually a mistake, but bad luck or bad information. edit: i think i pretty much quoted Day9 here when he was talking aobut casting (he wasn't talking about Khaldor), but the point is relevent here. I forgot to even mention that i actually really enjoy his casting. Games often feel so much more epic and enjoyable with Khaldor casting them.

I'm sorry you think this is "shitting" on Khaldor. I heard his cast where he said that he has to go through tons to BS that he cannot change, like his voice, in a feedback thread. This isn't one of them. I have nothing against Khaldor personally; voice or otherwise. My post was about something that can be changed. I even made a suggestion towards achieving that. But hey, it's his loss if he won't take any feedback because there's tons of useless feedbacks. GG, I'm done with this thread too.

There is no dishonour in shouting when you're really excited and the game is really thrilling, but please keep the screaming to those moments. This goes for alot of casters by the way. Thanks. Agreed, this is extremely annoying and Khaldor is definitely not the only offender.

Please take this is constructive criticism. GSL is the best SC2 show, but by paying hundreds of dollars a year to watch I feel the crew should consider the following feedback. Since watching MLG Arena and coming back to Code A I spent some time trying to put my thoughts into words as to why the Code A experience is not as pleasant: - Chemistry. It feels like wolf is casting with you and you are casting alone. You never ask him questions, you almost never really acknowledge what he said, often times you actually repeat it and try to make it sound your own. - Cockblocking. When improvising in general or just attempting to act professional on "TV", it is imperative that you don't cockblock your co-host. When Wolf goes off on a rant or makes a joke or whatever, you say things like "okey...." or "what was that" etc. Even if you don't find it funny, it would go a LONG way to acknowledge what he said or even give a charity laugh. It is what every other professional does, and it is what makes people like DJwheat, artosis etc able to cast with just about anyone. Stop trying to make a fool out of wolf and just run with it. If you expose his weaknesses and don't play to his strengths you aren't doing your job right. - Play by play. I firmly believe you should stop doing so much play by play, at least until you figure out what you can say to adds to the viewer experience. Most of the times you raise your voice, sometimes shouting, and begin to say things that have no meaning or no bearing on the game. Examples are "He is trying to do it", "He is going in" (10 seconds after the battle started), "He wants to make it work", "Oooh, wow, this is bad, this is really bad". I think it would be better if you comment on what is actually happening and/or what the consequences of such an engagement could be. If you aren't comfortable with it, maybe you can let Wolf do it every now and then, because right now you overrun him in that department. Apart from that it's the same things for you as for 99% of casters or tv/radio hosts. Maybe read some more english to broaden your vocabulary (if you take your job seriously enough, I suppose) and maybe swap out an hour or two of your marathon casting with playing the game or analyzing strategies etc so you have more to bring to the table each cast.

I agree, I can put up with an annoying voice or excessive shouting, but being mean to your co-caster (even if it's unintended-ish) is a real turn off. Wolf's never once called you out on your mistakes or stopped you cold in your rants or whatever, so why do you always do that to him, Khaldor. This is basic stuff for good social interactions by the way, we shouldn't have to tell you that. Ask anyone who watches the GSL the top reasons why they watch it, and you will have most likely as the number 1 or number 2 reason "Tasteless and Artosis are just so funny together", just think about it.

My only problems are with the uncomfortable gay humor which comes across as homophobia (even if it isn't), it doesn;t add anything and really has no place in a starcraft cast. I also don't like the use of the word rape to describe an engagement but I actually can;t recall if you're somebody who does this, its just a widespread problem and really offensive when you consider that there are almost certainly people who have been raped and who have raped watching the cast, judging by rape statistics.

At the same time I'm lending my tiny weight to his input, I want to express my gratitude for Khaldor to have improved dramatically since starting Code A. I really disliked Khaldor initially. The screaming, pitching voice was just getting to me as did the strong accent and lack of any appreciable vocabulary. I was quite upset to pay for the entire GSL season and not being able to watch Code A because the casts were sub-par and unenjoyable to me. I have started watching his recent casts and come around to saying he has worked on these issues, it's very evident. I can now watch Code A and actually enjoy it. Additionally, I appreciate Khaldor's work schedule. He casts just about anything, any time he can. Kudos!
