My biggest gripe with your casting is as follows:
When a Protoss or Terran player is losing an engagement, you are very critical of them. But when a Zerg player loses an engagement, you are often silent as a stone.
When an engagement takes place, you shout out mostly what the Zerg player is doing and largely ignore the Protoss or Terran player.
Suggestion:
I think you should stop playing only Zerg and play random if you want to become a better caster. Your bias as a Zerg player shows too clearly. It's not entertaining for non-Zergs viewers.

I play Protoss and find Khaldor's casting to be top notch ^_^

I'd love to see better player introductions. The intros often come out like "In the top right, our red player playing for the team ____, he is!" The viewers are able to determine this by simply looking at the screen.

Says the impartial Zerg player. (I'm guessing from your icon). Just keep an eye out for the things I mentioned. You will see then.

He definitely was doing it hugely a while ago, but I think he has made an effort to improve it. That was my only problem with his casting but overall I really enjoy his passion and casting overall
But yeh I think you can really gain a stronger knowledge and also apprecation for other races if you play random or offrace for a while. Wolf today stated he's playing full terran at the moment which is cool to hear, I think it would certainly help any caster take it to the next level.

You have been doing great, and working really hard. A sometimes a bit of zerg bias shows through, but not so often. Other things that show through that people might complain about are just your personality, can't expect everyone to like you.
You shouldn't let Wolf go on his hair stories too much. Also you should totally smoke 2 packs a day, that way your voice will change foir worse, and you will get cancer, sounds like a great plan.

Well i really dont like your casting, first of all,i think you need more sc:bw background (and if you havent, maybe you can do a bit of research), you are overconfident with your knowledge of the game, and you make a lot of mistakes, maybe you need to be more humble and less arrogant when you make comments about the gameplay or the game decisions of the players you are casting, they are usually good players, professionals with hours of training, his mechanics cant be perfect, his gameplans comes from professional coaches, and their game decisions cant be flawless, but are genuine and valuable. Worst of all, you are not funny, that sucks, but dont worry you cant have it all!!, you can have funny co-casters anyway.
Artosis and day9 are good source of stacraft learning, maybe you need to talk more with them.
Well, in the bright side, you are better than MANY casters, with SC2 came a big wave of new casters, and few of them are good or nice.
From my POV, a caster need: -Be funny but not dumb -Be wise but not arrogant -Be joyful but not mad -Have a good voice, but dont need to be Sinatra -Have his own cast style. Cmon! All of you are so equal!, its like the ESPN or FOX sports guys, all copying style to each others.

If you notice, everyone is mentioning the same things over and over... granted your casting has improved a lot from before, there are still really annoying points.
1. Over criticizing of players. IE: MVPSniper vs KTFlash game 2... you say "... and he's leading the charge with banelings! Why the hell would you EVER, EVER do this as a zerg player?"
-Instead, you could just mention it as a mistake, rather than calling out the player as if he's just bad overall.
2. Zerg bias - this is glaringly obvious as you seem to have extremely limited protoss and terran knowledge and cast everything from the Zerg player's POV. I get it... I'm a Terran player and my Zerg and Protoss timing / build knowledge is definitely limited in comparison, however as a caster you should definitely be more open. Just imagine if ST_Legend were observing from Player 1's vision only.
3. Cussing on broadcasted TV... just seems extremely unprofessional and I don't see how it adds anything to the viewing experience.
4. Word variety: I don't really mind the bad pronunciation (IE: Flesh's Hairess iz good and it puts heem ahad), but you should show some phrase variety. I think in one cast you used "at the same time" and "once again" about 30+ times.
As someone who pays $260 per year for GSL viewing (as I'm sure everyone else does), I feel we have the right to want a better performance on your part. Put some time into actually playing the game and you'll be able to see it from a starcraft 2 players' point of view rather than what you see on screen. When one player scouts early on, you should be able to guess what builds may be coming and how the scouting player might analyze what he sees.

Heyalex: I don't mind the swearing, it brings a bit of personality out, and it makes it feel less of a construct and more of a person. Everyone swears insults and so on, you hear it on the streets and the whole "keep it pg" makes no sense to me, since it's something common from daily basis. Holding back the way someone talks and express themselves isn't that good.
Though the rest of the points, i agree.

if you can just tone down the 'AARRGGGHHHH' after someone lose an engagement
|
sometimes your eyes are so blue, I cant keep my attention on games.
|
You're a great caster and I enjoy your casts but I feel like sometimes you're just summarizing a little too much and should just talk about other things like where the game could be going etc. instead of summarizing

Okay this is ridiculous.
1. Major mistakes should be called out by the caster.. it doesn't make any sense if you finish every single game by saying "both players played so well, did some mistakes but player x won. who knows why."
2. I'm a protoss, i hate zerg and I'm fine with his casting.. No clue what you want here.
3. True.. again you exaggerate your critic, it's not like he would curse all game long, but I think he should stop himself when he's about to cuss or something.
4. Come on, the pronunciation is not this bad.. like really.. if you want to give the caster feedback dont downtalk every single aspect like he was the worst guy in the world. You think your exaggerations will give him motivation to change? I don't think so. Oh and dont speak about yourself as "we" please. Just don't.
I also agree on the thing about game knowledge, especially in the beginning stages of the game. Other than that, i really enjoy Khaldors casting.

I think it's the way that Khaldor calls mistakes out that bothers me. Other casters are critical as well but Khaldor rants FOREVER on the one mistake that he latches onto while other more important things are now going on. It's almost to the point of whining especially when they're going over the match after it ends. He dedicates way too much time on the mistakes even when they occur in good games and it kind of kills the mood. Better prioritization of what needs to be said would be nice.

I have to agree with this. These are professional players, and yes, they will make mistakes, but a caster cannot know what the player is thinking when he does it. The mistake could be due to incomplete information of a situation, and given the information he has he was doing the best thing he could. Sometimes, Khaldor makes it seem like these guys just don't know what they're doing. He is consistent about it at least, and i don't notice him giving some players more stick than others. Sometimes i just think if the player had a chance to explain their mistakes, then they could probably explain why it wasn't actually a mistake, but bad luck or bad information.
edit: i think i pretty much quoted Day9 here when he was talking aobut casting (he wasn't talking about Khaldor), but the point is relevent here.

Read post 983 on page 50. You can all stop shitting on Khaldor now. He already said he's done with this thread.
