People want to see Idra play on the biggest stage. GOM makes more money by having idra play in Code S. It's a win win.

Gom doesn't need to do anything. Just look at how many people view Idra's stream. Gom just need to welcome US viewers in open arms, it could care less about European viewers. Disregarding the retarded "America vs Europe" bait, what the hell are you talking about? How can people still regard GSL as the best league in the world if they invite players out of nothing? At least when LiveForever left Code S in March GOM held a mini-tournament to determine who was worthy of filling the spot. Now they're just inviting players they feel will bring a lot of viewers. That's just bad for the competition. And I thought giving Code A invites to players getting 10th-20th place in MLGs was bad.

Now GomTv became finally dead for me Gom could care less about Europeans when having Idra would mean more US subscribers, it definitely made an example out of European such as Naniwa. Do you know what's even worse for competition? When you could just decide not to compete when viewers already paid money to watch you competing, it's unsportsmanlike. Now that's truly unprofessional, I guess that's a new concept to European.

You have to live in Korea to do it. Of all the foreigners living in Korea, other than Naniwa, Idra is probably the best player not already in GSL (Huk is already in). Who else would they have given it to? Stephano doesn't want it.

In my opinion this was way more insulting, bad mannered and unprofessional than what naniwa did (I'm not going to defend nani since I totally agree with his temporary ban from gsl)

Nani getting kicked out and Idra taking his spot. Quite ironic as both are probably the 'bad' guys but Idra isn't half as bad as Nani imo. Sen in is ok too. Hope Idra can do well.
