Puma, Rain, and JYP. That's it, that's all the Koreans. Come on, Puma being teammate of IdrA, you serious? What did IdrA's 2011 accomplishment mean? When Koreans aren't around, he finishes 1st, except IEM Guangzhou, when KR line-up is....

If anything they should hold a wildcard tournament instead of arbitrarily awarding code S spots to top foreigners. It doesn't do justice to others, especially those koreans who aren't in code S, of whom i'm sure many are probably better than IdrA and Sen, for people to get free rides into code S. Its fucking code S, people, NOT code A.

Naniwa going out is unrelated to Idra and Sen going in As you can see in the bottom left corner, those two seeds are Idra and Sen ![]() Edit: source: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/GSL#Code_S

The tournament lost some of it's "the best of the best" feel when they start inviting people that didn't qualify through the same system. Kinda suck that Naniwa had Code S and he could have totally avoided this situation. Kinda suck more when you're an European who cheered for him. As a result, kinda suck when Europeans start to question GSL's moves.

It is unrelated to nani getting his code S spot striped. He had his code S spot before all this. Sen is taking nani's spot in code S. No, sen is not taking Nani's spot. Neither of them are. The 2 spots were already planned and has nothing to do with nani dropping out.

To me the GSL was the ultimate tournament because it was hell getting into code A/S through the qualifiers. Now they just invite two decent foreigners over at least 10-20 great koreans that still have to struggle to get there. Seems like it's all about viewership and money, not about who's the best anymore.
