Okay just an update, this is really quite serious. I know it was announced several hours ago that Gus was on his way to the hotel to sort things out, but the travel expenses are still outstanding. This is a message from Amanda who is possibly facing jail if this is not resolved imminently: This needs to be RESOLVED before someone goes to jail. | ||

Im a bit torn between helping out, one way im like Amanda doesnt deserve to go to jail, on other hand i dont want Gus to get away with it that easily. | ||

Sadly, the last page has been the discussion of how the hotel bill has not been sorted out . It's moments like this I wish I could do more than just hope for the best ... | ||

Err I'm not so sure about ph laws but sounds like Amanda alone is liable cuz she put her own name when paying or something. In America/Canada, I know that for a fact verbal contracts have legal binding, so she can defer the liability onto Gus or something, but yea since its in ph, i have no clue how the laws there work. | ||

However, I am not aware of travel agencies giving out tickets and having you use them without being fully paid for it, unless Amanda is acquainted/related to the travel agency. That's the only way I can really get how the whole balance for the airfare can come about. As for paperwork, I am a bit doubtful there is a paper trail. My guess is also, before IPL reimburses Amanda for the remainder of the amount she is claiming, they would need copies of the tickets/flight itenerary that was confirmed/used and who they were named to to confirm legitimacy. Gus doesn't appear to be showing us books of expenses so IPL just needs other sources of legitimate paperwork so they reimburse them. | ||
