Who exactly do you mean by "the PPSL" and "we", when we have gotten numerous statements from your staff that they themselves were screwed over? Who is this "we"?
Will we ever get a clear explanation over what happened and where the money for the flights that were cancelled were spent on? All I hear is "WE'RE sorry", but no explanation. You were "sorry" that you didn't send team cube to Manila and you "feel bad" for them, but you didn't say why exactly you were not able to get them the flights. Where did that money go? Also, if you were having so much problems in the venue and if time was such an issue, why didn't you show up to the event until 3pm? We at the venue were screwed over especially in Day 1 because the staff didn't have directions from anyone and didn't know what to do.
You did not provide any new information in your statement. You wrote a bunch of words about how sorry you are then concluded that you hope it explains everything. That doesn't make much sense. You must think we're fools if you actually thought this solved anything.
Also, can we get an update on the hotel situation. I think this is the most serious one, since someone can actually get into trouble with the authority over not paying this.

I don't think we should forgive him quite yet and I never think we should let this guy run another tournament again.... ever, even if he apologizes. The fact of the matter is that as of posting this apology there were and probably still are things that are unsolved. He has the poorest leadership skills of anyone I've ever heard of in the eSports community. The community is supposed to accept an apology when it contains an explanation of why things happened and that it was reasonable... but this apology just seems to continually go back to how difficult it is to run tournaments. The fact of the matter is that there are still some important things to address and the timing of the apology itself implies poor, self directed leadership on its own, at the very least.
Think about this, how could gus not know about the situation clive and amanda are in with the hotel bill? From the conversation of someone telling him it sounded like he was pretending not to know. Don't you think Clive and Amanda have called him?

Don't worry, Diamond's on the case. I guess that means Gus couldn't settle the bills, or was hoping for the IPL money to come in to help him settle it. Maybe if the money is wired to her rather than Gus, David might help her out.

Yes, but she has been telling me she is scared of being jailed right now as only a portion has been repaid in terms of debt. I need a sponsor to help out; there will be benefits in terms of publicity for this (probably more effective than any promotion). If not then Dox and I will ask the community to help us solve this issue financially.
