 The EMP nerf will be a dream come true, and I hope it will help fix ghosts for late game TvP. Shields cost reduction is also nice given how underused they were. The ground weapons/armor cost reduction I really didn't expect, nor am I sure they are actually needed, but I doubt it will make a big difference. 75/75 aint that much more/less for 2/2, but I'm not gonna complain when Blizz decides to throw in unexpected buffs to my main race | ||

Why does it matter if one race get their upgrades faster? They are different races, have different upgrades, it's really irrelevant if the other races get their upgrades quicker or slower if it leads to a more balanced game play. I'm not saying it will but I assume that's what Blizzard is going for. | ||

Especially love the shield upgrades since there's potential there but it was never used 'cause just too darned expensive. | ||

Well, Protoss units are supposed to be better, I guess they feel upgrades are part of that. I don't think the races needed to have equal upgrade capabilities - the game is balanced around myriad other things. | ||

Upgrade change cost is unbelievable, such a big cost reduce. In any case toss gets his upgrades maxed much faster than terran does, so what's the point? | ||
