The game is almost starting to feel a bit RA2:ish now. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I think it'll be much harder to balance from here on.

That new trailers is fucking sick, i don't know anything about how the multiplayer is going to turn out with all the new units but the single player looks sick as hell!

Command and Conquer: Heart of Dustin Browder is a more accurate title for this expansion i believe.

This shit looks dope. I really like that they seem to be giving all the races equal utility and variety.

edit: Sad about carriers, but TBH I'd rather not have them than have them in the sad, impotent form they're in now.

There are too many new stuff, the game will never be balanced this way.
I have a feeling HotS will be a huge clusterfuck and it will destroy SC2 esports as it is now.
RTS is all about balance, goodluck with that now Blizzard.

Holy crap, are people seriously doing this much bitching before even having played the game? If I remember correctly, lots of units were either drastically changed or completely removed during the WoL alpha/beta. What is to say that the same won't happen with HotS? All the haters should relax a little bit. As much as we love to rag on Blizzard for game balance reasons, they have done a reasonably good job with SC2 so far.

Blizzard needs to stop making every terran unit a transformer, makes terran feel like a fucking cartoon. The warhound looks like something from Banjoo Kazooie from the n64. This is a joke right? Battlehelion? wtf man. I swear the art team for terran is having an identity crysis, theres no consistency with the art style and atmosphere for terran units. Each unit feels like it comes from a different video game or tv show.

I actually think it's an incredibly awesome unit that really fits with the zerg swarm flavor, while also providing space control. From what I've read, they spawn units at an ever increasing rate the longer they are burrowed, until they reach the maximum, so once they hit max, having a few in one spot is going to have a pretty strong short duration army that can't go very far. But the units they spawn as hard as zealots, so they're useful. If they aren't dealt with soon I can see them annihilating defensive lines, and they sound really good for protecting a specific location as well.

It fits the role of a siege unit and space protection, for if it's been sitting in one place for a while it's really hard to break without a major commitment (just like lurkers), and the flavor of it is really cool.

Yes! I agree. All of these changes are okay and cool in some way, and would be great if it was done to any game but starcraft. But it just does not do justice to SC and BW
