You haven't yet explained to me why it's bad? What are the benefits to all stakeholders of contacting TSL throughout the process?

It's a shame that TSL lost their ace player.
At the same time, a contract with a player is meaningless if it has no value attached to it. Is it really true that Puma didn't make a salary? If that's the case, how much loyalty could TSL reasonably expect? And who would blame EG for making an offer on an obviously excellent player with nothing to lose and everything to gain?
FXO just bought a whole team, essentially. Not many people are boo-hooing that.
Trying to acquire the best players happens regularly in professional sports.

I find it extremely shady. You can steal cars. You can't steal people. Because they are not property. Stop calling it theft, for fuck's sake. Breaking contract Elaborate, and then provide evidence for these assertions. You have such little information in your brain about the incident but you come to such conclusions somehow?. I said if, or way to delete the rest of my post. I do not know for sure, but that is a distinct possibility and the person who I was quoting and many of the other people here are not taking that into consideration, or don't even know that Korean teams have contracts. Everything I've read says the mgnt let Puma go, and hence no breach of contract. Do you possess information that implies, or says, otherwise?
to me, "let puma go" implies that there was some sort of a contract. Otherwise, why would he need their permission to go? He could have left on his own accord and the story would have been, "puma leaves TSL".
i think we need some rules around this. there are rules around transfers in soccer and other sports, i think we need the same. We need to keep all transfers above board.

Breaking a contract only happens if you are not released from the contract. Puma was released from his contract by request. Also, consider that a player of puma's calibur might not have even been making a salary. $0 vs a steady income. If this is the case (which it may well not be, I'll admit), do people really want to see a top player like him be denied what he deserves? Exactly. Which is why I'm asking all the EG condemners here why poaching is a bad thing (i.e. taking players w/out consulting TSL mgmt). So many pepole are saying it's bad but can someone plz tell me why it's bad? Because it destroys any meaning in having a team if people just hop around and get poached left and right, looking to make the quickest buck rather than developing a team. You can say that doesn't matter, but it does for others. Pretty sure you have a favorite sports player on a team or perhaps a favorite team... how would you like it if that player or the team's star player was poached through shady dealings? As a fan you'd feel like shit. And once again, this is not saying EG did any of this. Until their side of the story is told, I'm just answering the question.
Professional and binding contracts prohibit this.

So far I would say idra/jinro have same accomplishments in major tournaments (Jinro making semi finals twice in a row was amazing). But Idra is still more consistent as he almost always makes it far in big tournaments. Huk is getting to jinro/idra in achievements. Huk: ro8 code A Qualified for code S Ro16 code S won an MLG Won dreamhack won homestory cup Those 3 are imo the 3 "best" foreigners in terms of achievements (thorzain only has TSL 3 win how is that better accomplishments then idra/jinro/huk?). 2nd at gamescon Gamescon isn't for another month. Did you mean 2nd at Gamescon NA qualifier?
I think hes referring to the one during the 5-rax reaper days and Morrow playing terran.
