Or they could just come out and say her ladder account or replays to show why she was accepted in the first place, and save the 5 weeks of suspenses.

Not a chance. You have to form your opinions immediately based on jack shit then fight them to the death forever! It's like Highlander, but instead of swords we use ignorance.

Are there any girls in Grandmaster league on ANY server? I haven't heard of any
FlawlessKalu was in NA GM league Terran. Saw her on ST Rainbow's stream, it was a 40 min TvT on Shakuras. She lost when Rainbow tech switched to battlecruiser.

You do realise that you can not say that girls lack stamina out of one example right?
A lot of virtuoso pianists are women. And piano requires far more physical and mental stamina than starcraft 2.
No it doesn't. I play piano and I can tell you playing SC is a lot more mentally challenging. One who excels at SC, can excel at anything.
I meant at the highest level of play... For the physical aspect: The most demanding piano pieces require more apm than what a starcraft 2 player could ever use efficiently, with both hands on a keyboard three times as large. Not counting the fact that you also have to use your feet and that the strenght at witch you need to punch the keys is variable.
For the mental aspect: every note you play must be perfect, both in timing and in strenght.
Of course Starcraft 2 requires an all other set of skills and a very different usage of the apm considering that punching a key has a purpose, that you have to move your mouse and that you have to prioritise your actions but on the subject of pure stamina, i don't really see how there is room for debate....
For example just look at this:
Oh God just stop. You both are having a very typical and childish "my activity is harder" argument.

A few members of slayers team said that Alicia was pretty bad before he joined the team but they liked is work ethic and he turned out to be a good player. I'm not saying that the same will happen with Eve but it is certain that she will improve tremendously. If it will be enough to participate in the GSTL, we will see.

If that is true then it still a very poor point.
Work ethic and being a female aren't the same thing.

So without ever seeing any game of her, you come to the conclusion that she's gonna do poorly? Nice one
I love how one out of the ten posts he's made on TL is basically wasted on bashing a progamer he's never seen play just because she's omfg, female and therefore she must be horrible. Oh, misogyny, how refreshing.
EDIT: Oh, sorry. Two out of eleven posts.
The hell does my post count have relevance? If I had an account on the site longer would my opinion magically become a valid criticism to you?

Oh well this is just how it goes, when people suggest Tossgirl retire [she makes no money and wins no games] there called sexist as well, I dont understand the ridiculous backlash but I do expect it.
a.) It's sad because a sizable portion of your posts are wasted on bashing someone because she is female. I don't care how long you've been on this site, sorry to say; I don't even care how many posts you make, but a decent fraction of your posts have been, in fact, filled with sexist vitriol.
b.) It's sexist because you're assuming she's horrible based on the fact that she is a decently good-looking female. Her being female or good-looking has nothing to do with her skill.
If you want to make a valid point about why she's bad, then say that she's, at best, a diamond-level player on the KR server, and that's clearly not progaming material. But bringing her gender into it is shit, and you know it. If this were a guy, people wouldn't be saying, "Oh, he's terrible, because he's a good-looking guy." They'd be saying, "He's only Diamond-level, but I trust Boxer to have scouted his hidden talent, and I'm sure he'll be good given some training." Do you see the double-standard at play here?

What is sexist is that she has been invited to team because of her gender.
Shouldn't we be happy for someone who's doing what they want for a living, or even if it's just "for fun" like San. She's an MMA fan, so she must be somewhere near 7th heaven. Maybe it's all a publicity thing, or maybe she's good enough to compete. Why go crazy arguing about it now?
Btw, yeah she's quite cute. I don't see why that should bother anyone except a jealous fan girl.

Are you kidding me? Dudes are just that much better at video games.
Are you saying men are genetically superior to women in video games? I question your statement.
"Video games" are a pastime that everybody can enjoy. However because it is socially linked as a 'male' activity and it puts a social-constraint on women in entering the video game subculture. Like how men generally wouldn't play with dolls/Barbies or join some sort of knitting club. The activities and jobs we do today are gendered whether your choose to accept this or not. These constraints and flows are what allow and do not allow - advantage and skill to be gained.
I don't know jack shit about biology and the differences between male/female hand-eye coordination and its effects on video games. However, I do know that your comment was pretty grand without proper justification.

That is the definition of sexism...
Yes, that would be sexist, but according to Jessica she was recruited based on her skills (which don't have to do with her being female) and her looks (which also don't have anything to do with her being female, since apparently Bisu and presumably a number of other progamers were also scouted because of their looks). Do I think she was recruited with lower standards because she's female? Possibly, and that would be incredibly sexist. But I have no evidence for this, so I'm keeping my mouth shut.
