This was discussed in thread five days ago. But I guess there's no avoiding ad nauseum on this issue. Infestors have been a hot bitch topic since 1.3.3.
The quote.
DB: There's currently a concern with the Zerg Infestor's power fungal growth. I still hear a lot of complaints about the Zerg still not being strong enough, as well as Terrans still being too flexible.
David Kim mentioned off hand about a month ago that BL/Infestor was being looked at to make sure it was balanced. Since then it's turned into IMBA BROKEN OMG.
Which I'd like to address. Hey, Terran players who are pretending they're zergs. Stop. Make vikings and ghosts (at the same time) and win.
If only this was the last time I'll have to write that.

I've seen 1 gate expands PvT in tournaments. But you'd have to be pretty ballsy to do that vZ. Stick with FFE Stargate or 3 Gate expand Stargate into collo/HT tech. It's an extremely solid opener.
(Against me at least )

anyone finding the matchmaking system super slow these days?

Random question that I'm not sure warrants a thread and I haven't found it by searching. Zerg's larva always spawns beneath the hatchery. So depending on the position of the minerals is there any advantage to where you spawn economically speaking? For instance, minerals to the south of hatch, larva spawns closer to patches. On the other hand, if the minerals are to the north of the hatch, the drones spawn from the larva farther away and take longer to get the initial mining in. Its probably insignificant, but I have just tried playing zerg and noticed. thanks

In a non mirror setting, there are MUCH larger differences for a mere 4-5 blocks to actually be worth mentioning. For a mirror matchup, it may accrue over time, but we're talking about the same kind of difference between close mineral stacking and nonstacking, likely to give you a 1-2s advantage if you're obsessive enough to use it.

How does he do that? when i cast infested terran they always come one-by-one from every single infestor resulting in zero effectivness :/ a couple people told you to hold shift and click but actually its much better to not even use shift and simply hold the infested terran hotkey for a second or two and then simply click. you will find its much easier to use
and this method goes for all spells in sc2, just hold the hotkey and spam

Is there a coaching thread/forum where people evaluate coaches, and coaches advertise, looking for students?
There's all kinds of random crap in this forum, but it's free coaching, which usually implies waiting around and not being sure if you'll ever get coached.
I'm willing to pay up to $25 per hour (2 hours per week), for high-masters coaching, but would like a way to easily compare different coaches. And I would definitely want to see a VOD(s) of the person coaching before hiring. It would be so cool if a website organized all that, with ratings, etc. (if this doesn't exist, and someone out there reading this is looking for a side-project, do this! )

Look in Sponsored Threads. You can find high masters, grand masters and pro gamers that coach there.
I wouldn't knock on free coaches though. I've used a few free coaching sites before when I used to play Random and the format involved scheduling a time instead of just random ass coach whenever. It was as I assume paid coaching is like.
