To Idra, what does Riot do so much better than Blizzard apart from embedding streams into the game? I believe it's either been implemented or in the process of it. The only thing Riot did is all that Idra cares about, Prize Money. They pumped in a shit-ton, over a couple of million over the course of the last few years, into prize money. Oh and they set-up their own tournaments but there's no need for Blizzard to do that. That's not a slate on Idra btw, if I was a top level player, it's the only thing I'd give a fuck about too. | ||

That's just not true. They also give a lot of technical support the big tournaments and send even staff there to make sure everything works. Blizzard however blacklisted some tournaments (IPL3). Thats how much they care. | ||

You know it's kind of implied that they'd be doing whatever else they can to get a ROI.
