It was a pretty crappy timing and I can understand why people may jump to that conclusion, but I hope you'll take my word for it when I say it was a tech issue, and both Painuser and IdrA were trying to get back on the call the moment it happened. Anyone else feel that Hellions are just designed like shit? Compared to the Vulture in BW (its counterpart), Hellions are just dumbed down. In BW you had to get speed before they can harass so there was some downtime before you could send them out onto the map. Also, with the mine upgrade, it actually changes the way that Vultures were used. Before the mine upgrade you didn't want Vultures attacking groups of Dragoons or Tanks but with mines, it's actually beneficial to get up close and drop mines; so the mine upgrade changed the way you used the Vulture. With Blue Flame or without, it doesn't change shit about how you use the Hellion (unless you're so gosu you manually micro to prevent overkill on workers). Same old stutterstep kiting. Pretty shallow design when the upgrade for the unit, changes nothing but the degree of effectiveness (something that weapons/armor upgrades are supposed to do). | ||

Absurd quotes aside. I wish blizz would have more of a community focus in HotS. The chat channels in bnet 2.0 blows... its cumbersome to make friends, join channels, find practice partners, practice matchups you want, etc. Broodwar was so much better in that regard. I miss real battle.net | ||
