Haha, you're exactly opposite from me.
I'll have tears running down my face when playing SSBB, but not SC!

I know it's from not blinking and opening my eyes REALLY big.
Just try to relax and turn down the monitor brightness as much as you can.
Always play in a lit room!

Also, it's good to focus your eyes on something in the distance regularly. This prevents your eye muscles from becoming unable to do so. So take a look out of your window and look to a far-off building for a couple of moments, take some breaks now and then. It's a good thing SC2 is not an MMORPG where you may automatically sit down for several hours without breaks. In between games, there are plenty of opportunities to take a tiny break, no matter how short. May be good for your eyes as well as your muscles.

All in all, wet eyes is not a bad thing - dry eyes would be worse (wetness protects your eyes whereas dry would be damaging). But yeah, take care of proper lighting and breaks, that would be good.

LOL my eyes started watering sympathetically when I read this thread. Maybe it's allergies or eye fatigue? Not sure if that causes watery eyes but is it possible you need glasses?

Ya, do what Grubby said...focusing at something far away after each game helps your eyes because of something with the ciliary muscles (forgot what my optometrist said to me lol...prob something to do with eyesight)

Blinking more may also help...you're prob too focused on the game (same thing like when your mouth is hanging open when you play)

I usually get dry eyes. It is because SC2 can get somewhat slow paced and I focus on the screen to hard.

The best solutions I have found after many days of troubleshooting

Very hot green tea. The steam and smell is very refreshing. It also has a small amount of caffeine to keep you going.
Fast paced music. Here is my grooveshark playlist:

Lots of Kpop, powermetal and electronic music in there. I prefer music that has very few intrusive vocals so that I don't get distracted.

I actually saw an eye doctor about this when i was younger (my dad thought i was blinking to much + my eyes were dry) they told me it was from concentrating on the screen and it happens to a lot of gamers.

Just take breaks and use eye drops if its really bad.

Edit: lol you said watery eyes, i would go with grubbys advice, sorry i was in a hurry when i wrote this not sure what i was thinking.

You might not be blinking enough when you play. Which will irritate your eyes, also you might want to check with your doctor if you experience this often when using a computer for a long time when not gaming.

Yes blinking is definitely an issue. Try to integrate it into your play. Pylons, probes, blink. That sort of thing. (If you field blink stalkers you could even try to blink when you blink. Although that might impair your blink micro.)

I know that, based on watching GSL, IMMvp sometimes needs to use eyedrops after games because of how intensely he has to focus. I would assume his eyes get dry, maybe your eyes overcompensate with tears or something when they're irritated like this.

You just arn't used to staring at a computer screen yet. Just need to take more breaks, look at something else and blink some before gaming again. You'll eventually start blinking when staring at the computer screen again just need some time lol.

Seriously though, are you playing in a dark room or play at night with your lights off? I find that seriously stressful for my eyes. While I don't cry (I'm a man...I wheep in a manly fashion) I do find that my eyes get all reddish and my cornea pulsates like a rock star's liver.
