on many pro streams i see workers transfers from main to expo with WAY to many workers. this is funny to me because the time it takes the workers to maynard over to the expo they arent mining. unless u think u might loose your expo and want to get as much out of it as u can there isnt any point to what ive been seeing. example: u have 20 workers at ur main and ur expo pops. ppl grab 7 or so workers and maynard them over for expo mining. you in effect lower your overall income drastically. i see ppl do it all the time. silllllly now if u were planning on not makign workers for a while after the expo pops in MIGHT be worth maynarding over some. but if ur planning to build more workers soon its just a bad idea all together. my questions is: why if you are pro, havent u done the research on saturation? and maynard too many miners? this isnt bw..
you say double expand isnt viable. when a protoss forge fast expands and your playing zerg. its a really good idea to double expand. other then that i think your right. also depending on the unit composition your going u may need the extra gas. also why do we see so much one base all ins even in pro leagues... game design!
