Autocast repair will now charge the player requesting autocast functionality.

Im not bitching about the massive buff, Im bitching because it seems as though the SECOND some protoss player tries to change the metagame, they announce a change to make that impossible.

Late game, speed void rays were really good. They allowed for expo sniping while still being vulnerable and expensive. I'm really angry that theyre going to make this impossible to do now. I'm sick and tired of 2gate robo expand mass collosi fight, and as soon as we figure out how to change the monotany, they make it bad or unviable. I'm PISSED.

I don't really give a shit, terran and zerg have both won a shitload, zerg won both gsls. it wasn't a point i was trying to start some debate on, it was mocking people who are pre-emptively acting like it's impossible to win with zerg, which is exactly what they were saying while a zerg won GSL 1.

i dont get why they'd nerf fungal growth...seriously thats gna change the game so much. just yesterday in the gsl i saw a battle where leenock took down marineking's medivacs with a quick fungal + mutas. now infestors r gna b used even less...i can kinda understand the flux vanes removal...we almost never see a pro using it, and it can be very strong in 4v4 or something with noobs coz wen u get 20 voids with speed, they can harass and run away to no end

The best way for all the people complainign about the buffs to protoss is to playtest on the PTR and submit replays of phoenxi absolutely raping zerg.

They'll tone it down I'm sure.

OK so I have a legit source that told me the reason for this infestor fungal nerf was because they removed void ray's speed upgrade. If that's the case why can't they just instead make it so:

- Void Rays are now immune to movement-impairing effects.

(which is only fungal growth)

Void rays are still going to get annihilated by stalkers. Don't kid yourself thinking a 6dps buff at +0 air upgrade is gonna allow them to walk over a ball of stalkers to kill colossus.

Phoenix might actually be better just because of their light armor and colossus having such a high portion of their health as 0 armor shields.

So let me get this straight.

Blizzard made it so PvP won't be 90% Colossi wars, but made it so ZvZ will be 90% muta wars.

Huh.

If they want to change ZvT and ZvP, Fungal Growth is not the answer. All this change does is ruin ZvZ.
