Skining and multi language support ( both based on localization etc ) are the 2 big things i have in mind for 1.3.2. | ||

Speaking of changelog ; + Show Spoiler + Added tooltips for non-standard icons. Added new settings icon for the IRC client. Added new setting: Keep menu open (Until minimized/closed by user. Added open in default browser to offline streams. Added tooltip to offline streams showing full name. Added a checkbox to keep the stream window always on top. [Pic] Added settings to show/hide nick changes on IRC. Added settings to show/hide joined/left/quit messages in IRC. [Pic] Added a lot more streams. Added support for Own3d streams (As good as it gets, own3d doesn't have a real api). Added a small icon to distinguish featured streams. Added quick ways to select/deselect all GOM/BW events. Added autodetect for updates. Whenever an update is available a new bar will appear on the popup menu linking to our webpage. [Pic] Added a way to mark streams as favourites.  Also still tweaking UI these days , while waiting for some other parts to get done. I changed the main window frame style from green to blue. Ustream: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/legacy-observer Name: The Legacy Observer Regarding how to add new channels, it might be useful to create a small webapp that allows them to fill out the fields so you can quickly create a list of the basic information you can easily copy/paste... or even create the code automagically that you copy/paste. Edit : Added , you can find it in ScC Streams after next stream data update ( less than 10 minutes ) Also i just found out my stream service was broken today , after some changes i made early in the morning. I quickly changed some small stuff right before leaving for class but somehow that little stuff manage to break down the whole thing  Apologies for the inconvenience , i just fixed the bug so it should be OK now. | ||

The reason why is this - got addicted to using it on my laptop (4 years old, runs Vista 32) last week since I wan't home, found it on these forums. Got home Sunday, installed on my desktop (i7 built myself, Windows 7 64) and it worked great... until I just rebooted. Now whenever I try and run it, it crashes giving me a windows crash error saying "StarcraftCalendar has stopped working" and I can only close program. I get the icon that pops up in bottom corner of screen ("Fueling cache disk" or "Excavating data post-processor") and sometimes a black box around that. I've tried: - Uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling in different locations - in Program Files, Program Files (x86), Users etc. - creating an "ErrorLog.xml" file and placing it in the folder (as per another user) - All of the above, rebooting in between each thing, etc - Checked for .NET updates (have .NET 4 installed) Any help would be really appreciative, I can't get this to work and absolutely love it. Edit: If I go into the directory and open up FLOE.exe in the chat directory, that opens up and works fine... but that only allows me to use the quake chat thing, not the parts I enjoy the most. : / Thanks | ||

Also letzgoterps , i don't know if you missed it but i sent you a PM. I guess leaving ErrorLog.xml empty doesn't fix it at the moment , you gotta add <root></root> into it. Just that one line. This connection related problems are solved for next version and i even added log4net logging system to ScC which hopefully will help me understand&help your problems much much easier. I know we're late for 1.3.1 release but i have to wait a chunk of code he's writing at the moment and s_i_l is terribly busy these days as he's not an unemployed bum like me  We're working as hard as we can tho , have no doubt. And hopefully gonna release it pretty soon (tm). | ||

Apologies if these things have already been mentioned: I'm getting one minor crash when trying to use the chat feature, when I try and change my username through the interface. Changing my name directly in chat using the /NICK command works just fine however. As an improvement it would be great to have more customization of how frequent popups appear, perhaps limiting them to only once an hour or so? | ||

I'll look into the chat issue , and yea i also want to put lots and lots of new settings for customization , it'll be much more customizable in new version (1.3.1) no doubt! It'll get soo much better pretty soon! It's 6am here and I'm sleepless as hell so I'll try to cut it short. I'll post screenshots and then I can write more about the new features hopefully. ScC 1.3.1 Work-In-Progress Features New Streams Window ; I've just started this today , and pretty much done the general outline. Tweaking the details now. With this new design you can easily read the descriptions , handle favorite streams etc much easier. Also you can switch back to old streams window from settings if you want to. + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/7562/streams15.jpg) ]New Stream Player , now this is HUGE. New stream player is 100x times more powerful then the old one. Now we don't have to bear with stupid flash limitations! You can now just go fullscreen and switch & watch streams all day long! + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/4836/streamplayer3.jpg) What we can do with our stream player is just limited by what you guys want , so don't hesitate to ask for any other thins you want. I just want to get this , "de facto" stream player for Sc players so if you guys have any requests , I'll do my best to implement it! When? Actually it's all pretty much done. Notifications suggestion: Add an option to change the length that event pop ups are up, using odd numbers starting at 1 second, ending at 7 or 9 seconds. Just having the ability to just have really brief pop ups is pretty useful, since 5 seconds is kind of long, especially if you're only skimming. Calendar: I'm not exactly sure how all the coding and such works, but I think a really cool feature would be implementing something like 30boxes (online calendar service). If that would be possible, I think that would be really cool to add in. | ||

I'll definitely implement those settings , see the old ( the one you currently have ) settings window was too small and it was pretty hard to fit in something there. Now that we have a much bigger settings window , I'll do my best about notification timings , calendar/calendar notifications options , stream player options etc. I also thought about calendar with boxes before but the problem is , events in TL calendar has pretty looong titles and I'm not sure how useful it can be with only a few words of title / description. I was thinking on something like that new streams window i posted above ; 30 square boxes for events at left side and then the details part at the right side etc. but as I said I'm not sure about the usability of square boxes for such long titles & descriptions. But guess I have to try and see , I'll probably have some time tonite or this weekend. I'll gather up something and post here for your thoughts Howl67 - Juuust a few more days | ||
