And besides - stop using that argument that 6 pool will be imba now. There is no time to adapt your BO if he decided to go for 6 pool. You will already have committed to your build order before you scouted it.

Thors actually own carriers, hard to believe.

I know because I personally used Carriers with +2 to counter 1/1 thors and the carriers did incredibly badly.


you need to magic box your carriers. Else the splash will kill them.

I'm a terran , and im happy about the medvac speed nerf. Before when I box my 3M and attack move my 3Ms , the medvac would get there before the marines and marauder, and it would get taken out. Now my 3M formation would roll together. Makes big battles a litter easier.
I forget that a counter to a terran unit , can be countered by the special ability of the unit itself - Nova

I actually think the cannon rushes are insanely overpowered, and quite simply, dumb. I would much rather have cannon rushes not be feasible (in teh sense you can perfectly wall off with buildings in SC2, by doing things such as allowing workers/Zerglings/Marines/Zealots to walk through pylon walls like in SC1. It also doesn't fix the pylon wall with minerals exploit, which wasn't as viable in SC1 due to workers being able to be spammed through.

Actually I was quite serious, even as myself a toss player (I play almost exclusively toss). Cannon rushes are, as you said, insanely OP. Nobody needs a forge before a gateway for anything other than cannon rushes.
All we need is a little Energon and a lot of luck.

I'm guessing it was a case of "my 3 carriers died to his 10 thors, carriers suck".

You mean I'm allowed to build thors in tvp now!? Brb inventing Thor/hellion/banshee build.

I was skeptical about the Terran changes but I never cheese or make reapers anyway, and now my tvt will be easier so I guess I can't complain. I wonder how the roach range will affect the reactor hellion opening.

I actually feel like an idiot because I mis read your post. I thought you said that forges should be required for a gateway totally mis read my bad!
