Ok for some reason my American version SC2 game is typing in Korean. I don't know how to change it. Can someone help me? It used to type in English but now it is only typing in Korean.
I tried changing it via the Language Bar but obviously it is set in English cuz I am typing in English right now. Its just when I am in SC2 it types in Korean. So how do I switch in game?
Typing in Korean cost me a game in Phantom mode. They all thought I was Phantom cuz I was talking in a weird language.
Edit:
For me just pressing right alt will switch between the languages. Thanks again!

try pressing right alt
you should see the 한 symbol turn into an A

SC2 likes to default to Hangul for whatever reason. By default the language toggle is right ctrl + right alt.

Shit alt shuffles it for me. ENG ==>KR and back

That seems rather illogical of them.

Yeah, the default in Win7 is shift+alt. You can change this in Control Panel > Region and Language > Keyboard and Languages tab > Change Keyboards > Advance Key Settings tab

Note that after alt+shifting to change the input language you may have to hit left alt again to actually toggle between english keyboard input and korean keyboard input (so technically you can be set to korean language input mode and do both english and korean off of that by just toggling with left alt).

Is this a separate setting? Alt doesn't toggle between English and Korean input when set to KO. I have to manually click the 가 / A on the language bar. I'm using Korean Input System (IME 2002) on Windows XP.

Ideas: 1. What kind of keyboard do you use? - Korean keybords got an extra key (in between the alt and space key) to switch in between hangul and latin letters. If you got a gamer keyboard, that key might be activated by default. 2. For some reasons some programms "save" the language setting - e.g. my language was set to english, but as soon as i switched to Excel it switched to german. (just try the shift+alt key a couple of times - it will toggle through the available languages) 3. Sometimes (at least in XP) the language settings are not properly shown - Im pretty sure thats not your case - but i had this issue while being on a terminal server - the displayed language on the terminal server was spanish, though my computer settings had been english - so despite of "showing" spanish, i had the english keys. This might happen in other Programms as well - though i highly doubt it
