Cellawerra is awesome and very good at english compared to other koreans and his english is actually enough at explaining and conveying ideas on his stream but obviously it is nowhere near enough to be able to have discussions in a talk show. But it was a valiant try nonetheless.
i demand john the translator be featured in the next state of the game.

I liked Incontrol's metaphor about the two girls that represent SC:BW and SC2 but he failed to mention that the younger girl is still underage.

And by pretty funny i mean fucking hilarious. I think Day9 and Artosis's behavior was totally inappropriate. Tyler and Incontrol went in prepared to play a real match in front of thousands of spectators, and Day9 and Artosis essentially threw two games in a row with stupid cheese strategies. They totally disrespected the SOTG institution and they deserve whatever punishment they get. On the other hand, the games didn't matter so they can't really be blamed for not taking them seriously. JP is also at fault for making them play inconsequential games.
Yeah, lucky they don't do this for a living, eh?

I believe it's from one episode of SotG when iNcontrol was telling a story how they were on a LAN event once, walking down the street, and from the opposite direction a small group of players (of some FPS game) walked pass them, and one of the guys said 'Not a power kid in this bunch'.
I think this is correct, hopefully I'm not mistaken.

They were probably talking about the british pro Halo 3 team Power-gaming.

For some reason I associate HuK with this story as well.

As someone who usually listens to it on work commute, but sometimes watches the VODs - not too much. You will miss some reaction shots / funny camera zoom, but usually the mp3 is great. You might want to watch the 2v2 part of this one in video form though.
EDIT: Oh and great show. Looking forward to more in 2012!

What about the 3rd girl with the brain of the older girl transplanted into the body of the younger one combining the best of both that everybody ignores? It's the sc2bw custom map. Now that TL attack hasn't been on in a while nobody is using it for anything at all there has got to be some place it can fit in. I don't think the majority of new sc2 viewers would mind watching it once in a while especially with good/popular casters that they like. What if there was some show-matches or a small side tournament at the homestory cup for already eliminated players on sc2bw when there is no sc2 to show on stream to add some variety and content for example?

Very good, entertaining and hilarious show, but as nearly everyone has pointed out, it took a nose dive underground when Mia Rose came on.
A lot of people have said that either the cast was too tired to talk to her or they reverted to come awkward high school mentality because they saw a pretty face, but I'd just like to add something; it's not often you meet a stranger who's made a career out of sex. You don't usually start small talk with someone by asking what job they do and they reply with *insert sexually deprecating act in front of camera here*.
To be honest I still think some half entertaining or decent conversation could have been established, but I don't blame them for being awkward around her. Geoff was doing his best, but his banter approach just seemed to not go down well with her. I imagine she'd be used to that and know how to play along with it, I mean, I'm sure she didn't go into porn for the respect and prestige. Swing it any way you want, it is a degrading career path to choose (that's why a lot of people get miffed that the VGAs are like, next door to the porn awards). She seemed to be pretty awkward in general as well. Why was she even there?
Long overdue appearance of Wheat on the show. Get him on more. Also put down some Rat Traps to make sure Slasher stays away.

Are you serious?
SOTG is starting to feel like the male version of Sex and the City.
Phallic puns, sexual innuendos, no gameplay talk at all. Only the tournament roundups are really informative, if you don't follow the scene too closely.
Don't get me wrong, I like the show and I listen to about every other episode, but there's far too little actual game insight and far too much drama-talkshow-tedium. Who-boned-whom and who violated which arbitrary social convention, those are the topics that annoy and bore me IRL and having to deal with them in SC2 frankly sucks.

I don´t really see why you´re reading so much into that. Watch it or don´t, but you have been warned beforehand that episode 60 would be messy. Back to topic, enjoyed it, watched every second of the vod in delight.
