I was like omg another episode sick! hahaha. But i got faked out. I really love sc2 and really any video game podcasts. I also love poker podcasts. Its something about the back and forth that is really interesting to listen to.

also, any discussions you want us to have ill take those in for consideration as well. we probably wont do patch notes on tomorrows episode and save those for next week (for two reasons 1. we dont have patch notes and 2. gives us a week to try them all out)

Yeah they are funny but sometimes you're only interrupting someone's thought with something that's hardly audible for us who download the thing. "Excellent, he will be ready to walk off a building by the time the sun comes up" Edit: Oh, and when Day9 cracks down because Orb is broken down after losing so he starts playing the guitar on his stream.

1) Does SC2 Need Korea to stay alive in the long term? Do Western companies see the success of sc1 in Korea as a platform for sponsorship, and could less than adequate saturation have negative effects on NA/EU sponsorship. 2) What "seemingly" very simple change could break the game completely? The idea of the question is to pick something that seems very innocuous, like say "increase creep spreed time by 1 second" could actually break the meta game entirely. I cant think of one off the top of my head but since these guys play at the top top level it would be really interesting to hear their views. A fun question :D. 3) Does sc2 risk fragmenting its audience over the course over 2 expansions, especially considering how eager people are now to complain over balance. Do you think sections of the community will be fragmented over the "big" changes that will be introduced when there are already so many splits over the small ones? Could this seriously effect the competitive scene? And will tournaments exist for Wings of liberty sc2 and Heart of the swarm sc2? I have more but i dont have too much time now :o ill post them later

Anthropologically speaking the ease of use of SC1 because of low system requirements combined with the internet boom that occurred at the same time in Korea made for a giant burst of casual online SC players. This eventually led to people getting serious and the eSports scene developing. What concerns me is that Blizzard is now forcing the competitive aspect, which could make people skip it entirely because it isn't too accessible to the casual user. Do you guys feel this could affect the development in Korea, or is Korea's involvement overall not that important for SC2, and should Blizzard stay with their current strategy?
