![]() FXOBoss was a great guest to have on, too bad he couldn't stay on the entire show. qxc as guest incoming? Leah asks the guests interesting questions, imo and does the show a great service. /thoughts for now. Thanks for the great free content everybody!

SoTG seems a little too formal now I guess? Not quite as casual and laidback in my opinion with these constant Q&A sessions with JP. Don't get me wrong, I love the addition of Dan to the mix - but it just feels different and less entertaining now without good ol' Geoff.

![]() anyways, from what i saw, starts off great. Glad to see Boss on as a guest. Leah impressing me with her sc knowledge. I just kinda thought she was on for one episode to talk about sc as a G4 possibility, but she apparently keeps up with the scene. I believe the best thing to come out of this episode (again, from what i've seen) was tylers confidence going into anaheim. Sounds like he's got builds that are working for him, and sounded more ambitious than in recent memory. Can't wait to see him plow through open bracket, and hopefully avoid DRG. Tyler Fighting!

Some examples: 1. The Major incident was closed quickly with a statement from Artosis, no real opinions heard despite the huge TL thread, there was obviously community interest there and it was a missed opportunity. 2. The SK and FXO purchases were not compared and no opinions were given. Boss came on to answer some questions, but no hard questions were asked and there was almost no discussion. Everyone said "it's awesome" and the most important topic of the month was closed just like that. 3. The Jessica incident was not looked at from a PR perspective, and I only felt like one side was argued for. Artosis and Leah were not contested at all. 4. The whole yearly recap round table was close to meaningless. The round table format didn't yield any debate and the topic itself wasn't that interesting either. State of the game got popular due to the opinions on the show, and the yearly recap doesn't lend itself to opinionated debates. All in all this was the weakest episode so far, simply because it felt too passive and bland.

Right now people don't really interact with each other, they don't step on their toes when someone says something that not all agree with. They either agree or stay silent, they don't bring up interesting points, or are getting to the roots of the problem / topic. JP is leading the discussion (he does it really well btw), but the hosts / guests are mostly just answering his questions. I loved when sotg was a bit more controverse, and people absolutely didn't mind what they were saying, you clearly notice now that everyone is very prudent of what they are saying in fear of a shitstorm.

Seriously, there was no SC2 content last night. Artosis doesn't play the game, JP is a caster, Tyler hasn't won a game in months and is living his SC2 life thru his teammates (how many times did he bring up his manlove for Huk, Haypro, Jinro last night) and Leah, who recently took a game off Total Biscuit. Time to bring on some guests with actual SC2 credentials. This is not a sales pitch meeting, lets hear a bit about the game.

The point was that 4gate isn't going to be the thing that wins you a game, just makes you transition to a mid/late game.

The only one I enjoyed was the DT vs Banshee one with PainUser.
