This guy went for a 3gate zeal pressure so i chucked up some gateways and had to mass zealots too as if i didnt i would just get overrun.
after i win a big zealot battle he goes:

On lost temple I moved to one of the islands as soon as I spawned but I walled off my spawning position with supplies using the SCV I left there. When he rushed my "main" with marine/siege tanks I sent 2 cloacked banshees and a raven in his main anihilating everything.

That is so not even remotely true. First as he said it wasn't a void ray rush. I wouldn't say what he did was cheese at all.
And second, whether or not its cheese, you still need to be able to defend it. Maybe the build they are trying to work on is weak at defending some cheesy rush, I would much rather have a practice partner beat me with cheese then it happening in some tourney. Practice partners are for practicing all aspects of the game, and like it or not, cheese is part of the game.

How do people post without even understanding basic mechanics? Void Rays have a large bonus vs armored targets, but Auto-Turrets can still do fairly well against them. I personally prefer HSMs though. A half dozen or so of those tossed into a baddie ball of A-moved Void Rays will simply evaporate it in about two seconds.
Massing Ravens is actually quite deadly in games loose enough to let it happen. I've hit damned near 50 goofing around in 4v4 and FFAs.

I get ragequits about 40% of the time I do warpgate rushes with a hidden pylon, but I guess I should expect that.
One time I did a standard 4 gate push against a zerg and destroyed his army very one-sidedly, and he talked about how op it is that I can get that many units and ragequit.

Oh I have another. I was playing a ZvT on Xel'naga Caverns. I FE as normal, hold off his early Hellion pressure incredibly easily with Queens blocking a ramp and 2 Spine Crawlers (Just 2, this comes into play later), and throw up a Spire just to force him to go Thors so I can rape him with Roaches. He pushes with two Thors and some Marines and catches me right before the last half of my Roach force hatches though and takes out my nat, meaning gg.
Feeling mischievous, I wanted to see how he felt about ZvT.

I was playing a pvz on quadrant and he ends up trying to baneling bust which i forcefeild it. I then roll out with a zealot, sentry, stalker, colossos army and start taking out his naturals and his army which he never flanks he just keeps hitting the good ol 1a, when i get to his main i see the horror known as the broodlord. i just say screw it and i floor it towards his base he wipes out about 2/3 of my army before i retreat taking his main, but he builds a couple of bases. as i wait in my base for the broodlords to come kill me it never comes so i put up some stargates and pump out some vrays. i blow his broodlords out of the sky and then he starts messaging me.
