This program is called Bigfoot SC2, which is an assistant of SC2. Other than that, I have two patch 16 replays, both of which seem to cause a crash. Every other version works oddly enough, with the occasional missing map. That's from patch 14 all the way back to replays I have from the middle of february (I'm not sure what version but before patch 5 at least). I basically started from the cache I had with my client at patch 16, then copied in a cache file I had kept for ages, as well as all of the ones I could download from sc2win. Making sure to not overwrite any files while doing so. I can upload it if people would like? Oh and not allowing your sc2 net access seems to help so it can't contact the bnet servers and decide it is the wrong version. | ||

The problem only seems to be with patch 15 replays for some reason, patch 14 and earlier is fine and patch 16 will also start to load but sc2 then crashes. | ||

I haven't tested this out but surely you can open any map in the map editor (such as lost temple), go to player options, change one of the players to AI and test the map. | ||

Could someone tell me how to download the map files through bigfoot, or where they are stored? In my Libraries/Documents/Starcraft 2 Beta / Maps folder there is a "Cache" directory but no files in the "Maps" folder. Thanks so much! | ||

+ Show Spoiler + BigFoot, lazylaunch, and other launchers all seem to fail at loading any replays made during patches 15 and 16. if you want to do this, read below : The workaround that I'm in the middle of doing now but am confident it will work is simple: Install another copy of SC2, let it patch one by one, all the way up to patch 15 (the title bar of the patcher will read: Starcraft II v0.17.0.15623 Let it finish patching 15623 then close it before it patches the next one) then you should just be able to drag and drop replays onto starcraft II.exe  WARNING: you will want to rename (to backup) your "\UserName\Documents\StarCraft II Beta\" folder that contains all your replays/screenshots/etc. And also for the map folder, though you probably dont need to but I did anyways to be safe, backup your "C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\StarCraft II Beta" folder. | ||

so it tries to load my replay, yet somehow it still crashes at the end which makes no sense. im confident these replays im loading were made during patch 15 and that my version is also patch 15 edit: tried again and it loaded but then froze, i think something to do with the graphics settings or something of that sort, considering this new installation is all default settings | ||

I dont know how to resolve this, i have no problem with running rep & vs AI. my maps dl from bigfoot are in the folder 178.com\BigFoot-SC2\bfmaps maybe the map dl server is down, i dl them sometime earlier. | ||

But for all replay above patch 15 i get an info popup with only ok button. Also for some of my replays where i used a different AI i get an AI error but that is ok since i did not configured that AI inside BF Anyone can play patch 15+ replays in any way? | ||
