Show the game title on the replay categories? First, what is the game title? The name of the map? Or what? And second, what do you mean by replay category? You mean a replay analyzer internal window? Or the opened replays in the navigation tree?

In the results table of a replay search you can sort by any column. You can sort by the file column too, but that will sort by the whole path (folder+file name). But you can also search in the file names. Filters tab in the Replay search and it's the first filter field: "File name". If you enter "mutaling" here and perform a search, it will only list replays where the file name contains the "mutaling" string.

well, I have a question or suggestion: it would be nice if we could open a lot of replays at the same time using the "Open File" menu.

Well, other than that, good work with that release. It's good to still being able to see that i still suck at ZvP and TvP, eventhough my APM increased ![]()

Well, other than that, good work with that release. You have to add the .SC2Replay extension or use the /e template symbol for that. And the file open dialogs in Sc2gears work just like in any other software: when you want to add replay files or open replay files, by default it offers you the files that have ".SC2Replay" extension. But that doesn't mean you can't list and add any other files. Either select the "All files" in the file types row, or just enter "*" and press enter to list every file in the current folder...

Is there a way to change the default initial folder when trying to open a replay? So I can skip the whole open 10 folders to get to my replays folder process.

Yes, there is a way: Go to the Settings => Miscellaneous settings menu, and click on the Folder settings tab. The one before the last line is: "Default folder when opening replays"... ![]()

From a usability standpoint i think it would be preferable to add the extension automatically (maybe toggled by a checkbox that defaults to on), just because stupid users like me don't neccessarily check if the extension is in the preview (yes, even old, grumpy programmers like me who usually watch for every detail ![]() Well, might be just my being sick today. On another note, a question you propably already have been asked a lot: Where did you get the information about replay formats from? Did you reverse engineer it yourself? I thought about writing an open source replay parsing library in .NET (and after writing java for a year i really, really hate that primitive language)
