is this type of software allowed? seems pretty sweet if it works Now just make it support LAN play.
wow that was fast haha thanks
Lol, I was almost expecting a UMS of a Starcraft version of Football Manager.
I'm not too sure whether such software with custom ai and offline play is allowed.

can i play offline with this? it doenst fuck my sc2?
It's not allowed, Blizzard disabled the AI's in game for a reason, they WANT you to play online. This is circumventing of game security.
And..

is DEFINITELY not allowed. Don't use it.

It's basically a hack in the way chaos launcher was, don't see what the fuss is about. Nice job TPZallDead

You can just right click on the replay, then "open" and browse to SC2.exe to watch replays offline.

These things were the bomb back when beta keys weren't a dime a dozen. Now they're mostly for those times when there's no internet.

Basically as far as I understand it it's just a bunch of black sheep wall and power overwhelming for single vs AI games.
Assuming it even works and isn't a virus or something. If it's sincere it seems like a cool program.

Wow you people have really grown. Funny how it at first was nothing but some fishy .exe with ultra stupid ai and now you really done something with it. I used to try out builds and stuff with it at the very beginning when i had no key.

Could this be a work-around for those who have the "mod data" replay watching problem?
whats the "mod data" replay watching problem exactly?
gonna be the new Chaos Launcher

I won't use any launcher which uses a setup exe. I like to know exactly what files are going onto my computer when it comes to wow/sc/'logged on' games

If I remember correctly, you can just extract the program files from the setup .exe.

I just installed this program and had a play around (sc2manager) and now when i try to log onto b.net it tries to download a patch but fails to install it. Can anyone please try to logon now and tell me if it patches or if it is just me? I logged on fine an hour ago. Is there a new patch? or has sc2manager changed something it shouldnt have?
I cant seem to get this working.. And I cannot read the error text (not in English), so no help there.
Doesn't work for me either.

Sounds similar to the problem I had using a similar tool a few weeks ago. I found two possible solutions... deleting backup.mpq (or something similar), or reinstall SC2. I had to reinstall SC2 and go back through all the patching crap again. Never will use one of these SC2 tools again until I hear many others say it doesn't screw up their SC2.

o hi alsn you sexy scandinavian

Has this been updated? It doesn't seem to work with patch 16
I hope you realize that this almost certainly goes against the Terms of Use agreement. Don't get your Bnet account banned over something stupid, I say
Lol how would they ban ur account when ur doing stuff offline? That makes no sense.
Also, if you want to play against AI, play against the StarCrack AI. They at least have some semblance of a brain
You all should make a backup files of your starcraft 2 or maybe the developer of this tools should do it in the install faze.
It makes sense to me if you could revert the tool install.
The other loaders do not work with EU version of Sc2beta, has anyone with that version used this one successfully?
It doesn't work. When i try to play a game, it freezes while loading.
oops wrong thread
delete this post please.
Mannn now i dont have a reason to fuck around until SC2 is back upp looks like ima go study replays..

bnet says "You are trying to login using a client version not recognized by theBattle.net service" when I try to start the game.
Do you know if this is something caused by the manager, connected with beta phase2 or both?

Doubt that it's something connected with the scmanager as everyone I know have the same "problem". I guess they are working on their servers now, hopefully.

It appears the SC2Manager broke the ability to get patch 16. It's giving me the same error on my home PC and my laptop, both regarding the sc2 editor CRC mismatch error some others are seeing. I read somewhere that if you play a very recent replay in the sc2manager, it "fixes" everything so patches will work. Well, that doesnt seem to be the case with patch 16. It's probably something really minor too, like one registry entry has an old value or something. But who knows which one it is?
It seems to be in Korean, any advise on how to change that?
The latest chinese SC2 Manager (4.6) works just fine. Just one annoying thing: for some reason there are no Xel'Naga towers and no Gold Patches at all on any map.

A few issues with this English version, ended up removing my language settings and disallowing me from logging into my game
