I have dual monitors also and run windowed in fullscreen. Sometimes it does happen when SC2 does not lock in the mouse cursor. To fix this I click outside of the sc2 window (on my 2nd monitor), and then click back on the sc2 window. I can now scroll towards my second monitor without a problem.

Can anyone tell me whats the pro and contra between windowed mode(fullscreen) and fullscreen?

I see no point in running it fullscreen right now.

I think run SC2B in windowed mode will allow you to switch back to windows desktop faster in case you need AIM or surfing web etc...
But Windowed mode will eat up some more resource than FS(on slow comp). My laptop can only run SC2B at low setting so no window for me. I run at FS and tab back to windows no problem.

When you play windowed full mode is it supposed to take up the whole screen? Cause mine looks like this.

When you are in windowed mode (on vista/win7) with the dwm enabled, there will be an extra redirection surface created for your window thus causing you to have an extra blit and potentially take up a bit more video memory. In other words, fullscreen exclusive mode should perform slightly better and may potentially have a bit less visual delay depending on your frame rate to begin with.

Can I change the resolution for windowed mode to be 1440x900, because now I have to play only on the default 1024x720 which is 4x3 and I loose some map details.

I have to play like this. I have my SC2 running on a 42 inch flat screen TV and the resolution does not match SC'2 provided resolution options.

If I run full screen, parts of the game go off the edge and I can't see how much food I have etc.
