If that's so, I'm slightly disappointed. For me, this removes a layer of subtlety to the game. Walling is 100% easier now sure, but you can't do anything fancy like Flash's wall where it blocks out zealots but not marines and SCVs. This also rules out some sexy sim city like in ZvP or TvP against (sometimes early) zealot aggression, or even the simple Pylon wall that blocked out bigger units like Vultures but let smaller units in like Probes.
Hell, even Warcraft 3 has different building collision sizes to allow for some sim city, like in NE vs Orc.
I hope that Blizzard was just being slightly lazy and later changes building collision sizes for a more strategic building placement
