This is mind blowing to me - you shouldn't buff a spell and potentially ruin the other 2 MUs after 2 weeks of beta testing because you don't like the way the mirror matchup looks (not to mention Fungal vs. Fungal isn't any more fun to watch). Give it time or at least look for other solutions. The obvious one that sticks out to me is giving the hydra a buff or changing something with the corruptor - both fixes the balance team has been claiming to want to a long time. | ||

Stop BUFFING the Infestors Blizzard. The hell is wrong with you? Can you seriously just take a look at yourself in the mirror for once and ask why most everyone hates the damn unit? You have nerfed Ghost to the ground, HT only works in certain situations and yet Infestors are all over the place in every single match-up. So why don't you tell us why you are doing this? Doesn't the latest Blizzard Cup show enough that you NEED to kill the Infestors or are you even caring at this point? I have switched to Terran after my frustrations with Toss after playing Toss for so long in BW. This is so maddeningly frustrating to see them toy with Terran and Toss and keep buffing Zerg w/o even a reason for it. | ||

When blizzard changed infestors from instant fungal to projectile, that was a big killing blow right there. All they did was increase the range because the projectile made you get closer than usual and they speed it up because if they kept the projectile speed the same and increased the range, it would be damn near impossible to actually hit the fungal at all. Idea for the last patch is to make the fungal weaker, but it didn't work because infestors just got sniped faster (especially in ZvZ), now they gave it a little range so the infestors can stay back a bit. So technically they didn't do much to the infestor but increase the range and increased the speed of the projectile to compensate for the range increase to put it where it was before at max range. | ||
