Post some of your favorite quotes from the campaign. Ones you either thought were the silliest/funniest/lamest/whateverest... My favorite is Tychus in Zero Hour "Zerg air units inbound. ETA right the HELL NOW!" I laugh everytime I hear it. cuz it's awesome! | ||

They know now that they cannot deny the necessity or the valiancy of your actions. We sought to punish you, while it was we who were in error. You represent what is greatest in us all, and all our hopes go with you. EN TARO ADUN, brave Sons of Aiur!" Every so often in my head, I still hear Aldaris say that last sentence... | ||

I did like Gabriel Tosh. Pretty much everything he said was awesome. This dialog always makes me chuckle though: Swan - "You should check these guys out. Marauders. They're the latest in big bada-boom hardware." Raynor - "I don't think this is a good time to be experimentin' Swan." Swan - "Relax hotshot just try these guys out against those stalkers, you'll see." | ||

Seriously, I think that was the best character moment in the whole campaign; the unabashed Arcturus Mengsk propaganda mouthpiece beside himself at what his ruler did to his family for political gain. None of the Jimmy/Kerrigan/Tychus stuff even came close. | ||

Probably my favorite quote from the campaign. Also the entire cutscene called "Nova" was just hilarious. And the Dustin Browder reference that Warfield makes made me lol for a few minutes. | ||

Belly of the beast, when you first encounters banelings. I have the french version but nonetheless: "Wow c'était pas loin. Ce serait mieux de pas les laisser exploser près de nous la prochaine fois !" from the medic, then Tychus answers : "Merci du tuyau gamin. Maintenant ferme ta gueule." with a totally badass voice. Translates to : "Wow, that was close. It would be better not to let them explode near us next time !" "Thanks for the tip kid. Now shut the fuck up." Also all quote from the mission where you have to protect the Odin. "Botter des culs et mâcher du chewing-gum." from Duke Nukem "Ca c'était de la vidange de compétition." which translate to "That was one hella good drain" but I don't know if you would say this in english after peeing... | ||

Pretty sure it was in a movie way before CoD4, I'm not sure what movie, either one of the Aliens movies or Starship Troopers. | ||

Especially Artanis and Selendis. Even the cliched lines were good simply because the voice actors were consistently great. Like the way that Selendis dies saying "Forgive me great Tassadar... I was not... strong... enough" with her strength fading with each spoken word... just about brought a tear to my eye. | ||

After the Odin mission when you talk to Tychus at the bar Raynor asks him how did he like driving the Odin and Tychus says something like: "Man that thing is the single most beautiful thing in all creation, sittin' in that thing and dispensing righteous fury just about brought a tear to my eye" | ||
