EPTI'm on my third playthrough now and I've also tried reloading saves but without result. I've been connected to Battle.net the whole time as well.
Anyone else having this problem?

E.g, my internet wifi is quite unsteady so I got Siege Tank upgrades offline. This did not register in the achievement section, but when I COMPLETED ALL UPGRADES at the same time, I got it and it registered. | ||

Tech master says I'm missing the infantry one... which I clearly got if you scroll up.  Not a dc issue either since they trigger at the same time. Quite a lot of the singleplayer achievements have bugged out for myself and my friends when we we're absolutely sure we were connected. | ||
