I am incredibly depressed right now.
My graphics card is awful. I played beta on the lowest settings just fine, so I assumed that nothing would get in the way when I went to play the actual game. Little did I know that although I can play the game fine, my computer is bad enough that it renders the cinematics choppy and unwatchable. I'm not talking all cinematics, just the very detailed ones. I can't watch "The Deal" opening cinematic for example, however the bar scene shortly afterwards works fine.
This is ruining the story for me as I play through it, as the most important moments are these high quality cinematics!
This is likely the wrong place to post this, but I couldn't find a "Help" section. My request is simple. To avoid spoilers or violating rules, would anyone be able to link me to the cinematics online. I checked YouTube but it appears as if Blizzard is having them taken down right now. If anyone knows where I can find the cinematics, or if there is a way I can view them in Windows Media Player or something through the game files, please let me know.
Hope everyone is enjoying the campaign as much as I am! If I had my cinematics, I'd be thrilled.
If this thread is in any way a violation of anything, please close / delete.

I don't know much about the videos but I'd suggest getting whatever the best codec pack is these days (for win7 i think it's http://shark007.net) since as far as I know they are just hd videos

I'll check it out. I didn't know this sort of thing could effect in game cinematics. I was rattled that they weren't working, since I thought the same thing - they're jut HD Videos. I'll download from your link, thanks a lot.
Anyone else who can save me it would be appreciated. I just reached the 2nd HD Cinematic (after the drilling mission, don't want to spoil what is in it) and it was the same thing. I know the first two are on YouTube (I believe the cinematic I jsut reached was played at Blizzcon) but I'm worried that I'm going to miss out on the end of the game.
EDIT: I just realized TL has a Tech Support Forum, which I was looking for but apparently can't find after being awake for over 24 hours. I apologize. I should probably be moved there.
EDIT 2: Updated based on that link, still choppy and unwatchable cinematics. Anyone?

I had the same problem, but I'm running an awesome machine with 2 Geforce GTX 285's. All I had to do was update my drivers -- I hadn't realized they were so out of date until I went to the NVidia website.
The cinematics ran beautifully right after the update.

Is there a way to identify which drivers need to be updated? Or to easily update all drivers? I'm awful when it comes to things like this. I successfully updated my video card driver, but I'm wondering if I'll need to update for everything? Processors, Sounds cards, etc?

Sorry, I didn't recheck on this thread until way later. You don't have drivers for your processor (or at least not ones that people tend to mess around with). Typically any driver issues are going to be video card or sound card, although of the two, video card is going to be the problem like 9 times out of 10 in comparison.
That said, all you generally have to do for NVidia cards is install the new drivers and restart. People recommend that you uninstall the old drivers with some special (but free) software before doing this, but I have installed right over old drivers, restarted, and had no issues, and I've done this several times in the past.
