So I know I should (and I want to) bet on Bolts to win the "east" but I have a feeling Isles will give them hell and if Bolts somehow lose the first 2 games, they might very well get swept. In the "west" though ... regardless how the VGK-COL series finish, boy are Vegas fans spoiled much? 4 first years of franchise, 1 cup finals, 1 conference finals, 1 first-round exit but in 7 games and currently still in the running ... Many teams would kill for such consistency... | ||

but i’ll be damned if the isles aren’t looking desperate for it and it’s working. this is so exciting to watch. that and varlamov is unstoppable. he’s making it look so easy. OMG pulock blocking the tying goal at 2 sec remaining was incredible. | ||
