I'm doing a trial at a local gym that has a pool to see if I'll switch gyms. I thought I'd swim for 30 min, it was worse than I ever imagined. If I change, I'd like to get better but damn is it unpleasant.

Move out of my home town since college is over, started lifting again a month ago. I live 1km from a great gym so I'm quite happy. 1000lbs at 74kg before the end of the year seems doable. I need to row more to be abble to do sub 7min 2k though

Odd question but that is a hella fast 2k.

Faster than most people who ever touch a rower will do 2k in. Takes some dedication. I was just looking at this for rowing machine records for 2k. Miles between sub 7 min and high 5 min times, but still interesting. http://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/racing/records/world/2000 Well yeah I guess +/- 10h a week of sport since 2012 makes me better than average but sub 8min 2k is really something anyone dedicated could do. Lightweight rowing college start recruting at 6'40-6'45 so 7min30 is really not that impressive.
