Yeah there should be rules against clubs working often with the same agents and against selling players for the same amount of money. I mean, jet fuel can't melt steel beams, this is all very suspicious.

ye selling players of that quality for 15 millions is very normal all same price too next will be helder that got "loaned" this season anyway if i was Benfica supporter this would worry me but if you dont find it strange its ok i guess, but the way you guys are doing business is very shady

Bernardo Silva is worth over 40M. Oblak is worth over 30M. Andre Gomes is possibly worth 30M. Cavaleiro was elected in the best 11 of the Euro U21. Is Cancelo worth 15M? I don't know. As they say, the three kids were sold in a package of 45M to Mendes/Lim. Even if that's the case, so what? This isn't money laundering or anything illicit, it's simply asset management in a high risk/high reward environment.
EDIT: Our accounts are verified by auditors and regulated by the CMVM. Those are guarantees enough for me. If Mendes uses non-club vehicles to purchase players to go around FIFA's restrictions, I couldn't care less. As long as the money enters Benfica, which it has to if it's accounted for.

Yes he is still the first choice keeper for national team, he is a very good keeper and Stoke have shot themselves in the foot giving Butland no1 spot for this season. He is over rated and terrible, Begovic is a sound shot stopper and experienced.

There are still a lot of rumors in the Portuguese newspapers that they will buy Nico Gaitan once they sell Di Maria.
Although Di Maria is a better player, Gaitan is much more suited to the way that United plays.

Strange from Van Gaal that he going all out on attackers even though last season clearly the defense was the main issue and if it wasn't for the goal keeper having the best season of his career they probably would have struggled getting 4th xD

That site is wrong, at least for Portugal. Our transfer window closes on the 31st of August at 23:59.
