Ah so this flag is a Catalan "state" mixed with Barcelona flag, and not a political independence statement, because it doesn't have the star?
Thanks for that info, in that case Uefa wouldn't have anything really. The Daily Mail article is wrong then too and I think most of the press I read had it as a nationalist flag
