go read all the week 1 "picks" from si.com, espn.com, NFL.com, foxsports, CBS, etc.. they all mention how bad the Falcons are, how mediocre they are.. One "expert" even said "If my superbowl champ picks lose to this mediocre Falcons team, I will have to re-evaluate everything I know about football".
No mention anywhere about how bad or mediocre the Bills are. Even the Jags were not insulted and given a shot to beat the Eagles!
At most people questioned the defense. Nothing I've seen or read calls the Falcons "bad". Yeah, people picked the Saints, but so what? Saints are proven and were suppose to have had an upgraded defense. While the Falcons had a bad defense last year, lost a Hall of fame TE, and had their two pro bowl receivers coming back from injury plagued seasons.
To support your point, the Saints were about 3 or 3.5 point favorites entering the game, so picking them to win is hardly outlandish.
Not at all, looked unintentional. I thought he stupidly tried to hurdle the punter, when he could have just run around him, and didn't clear the poor guy.
The Dallas defense is so bad their coach had to challenge an interception by them. Just a blooper reel with clown music playing. Sad thing is, the offense has been even worse!
