I don't think Pettigrew is overrated, I just think the Lions have no idea what they're doing with regard to him. They're the only entity in the world that thinks he has any value.

As for Ebron, I know nothing about him but have a feeling he won't be doing much lining up tight to the line.

What? Zimmer plays a 4-3, but he uses a rush linebacker in his system. Barr is a perfect fit for what he needs.

Tackles are a good long term investment, they play for a very long time and are upeer middle in terms of position cost and can effect a game very much.

Random thought, but I always found the idea of trading up/down 1 spot hilarious. It's like, you call a team up, "hey, that player you're probably going to take, we want him, so we're gonna need to swap spots if that's alright with you." Now obviously if you really wanted the dude you wouldn't trade down the 1 spot(barring huge trade value), so clearly the Vikings weren't desperate about taking the guy. But then that makes you think, would they have even picked him at all?
