Snatch: 30 35 37.5 40 42.5 45x 45x 40 42.5 45 46 The weight really isn't a problem for the snatch, I just have trouble getting under the bar. The 46 I caught really high, above even the standard power snatch height. C&J 30 40 45 48 51 54 57 60 63 65(no jerk) I feel pretty good about my clean, but my jerk is pretty ugly once I get around 60kg, borderline pressout. Back Squats after (sets of 3) 85 90 90 90 90 | ||

Nurinov was on 1st with a 193 snatch, followed by Ilya with 190. C&J WR is at 238, after opening with 233 Ilya goes for 239kg, misses, after which Nurinov succesfully gets 239 WR for his 3rd. Bedzayan also did 239 but had a lower snatch. Super human Ilya goes for 242 crushing the new WR, tying Nurinov's total and wining by lighter bodyweight. | ||
