Re creatine loading and cycling are BS. There's no science that says its necessary. I take 5g in the morning and 5g post workout. Occasionally throw another 5g in there somewhere but not ever day. It's cheap as shit, even for me. Easiest way to take it is just to dump it directly in your mouth and swallow it with a mouthful or two of water since it has a habit of ruining the texture of whatever you mix it with.

Trainer said it felt loose and to get it checked out and that my ridiculous muscle/flexibility was the only thing keeping it in one piece lol. Kept playing for another 30 minutes and scored. I might be an idiot. Probably. But at least you're also a winner!

Sometimes I think the trainers just say that to make you feel better :/ They told me the same thing.

That being said, some people are freaks; there are a number of them on this board. But even injury-resistant people roll a critical failure every once in a while. Just be careful out there, even when it's time to rip somebody's head off.

On the other hand I was in the gym on crutches the day after I tore it and was deadlifting 405 within a month after surgery.

Also set front squat and all time DL PR's when I rushed to the gym to get some workout done between work travel and dinner party. Feels great. Hope I can ride this recent wave of being awesome for some longer.

Feeling slightly better today. Going to hit the gym today and try the stationary bike and get some blood flow. Going to try and get an MRI on wednesday or something. Trainer did the lachman test on it which should have told him if it was torn. Just get it checked out, it is what it is and you'll recover like wolverine anyways, knowing you. If it's torn that sucks but you can still work with that. You may want to go all out on the surgeon and rehab though, I'm pretty sure I'm just straight up limited in my left knees range of motion now and I'm not sure I can increase it much more. It does affect my bottom position. I had a trainer look at it about 30 min after the injury and he was like "I don't want to say it's torn, you may have just partially tore it or stretched it but you need to go to a doctor." There was other stuff he said that gave me hope but in hindsight it was a bunch of nice words without much basis lol.

I imagine I wouldn't have been able to play for another 20-30 minutes if it was totally fucked though and I trust my trainer. Anyone watch the world weightlifting championships? Liao Hui just put on a fucking clinic, 166(WR)/193/359(WR) and won by TWENTY FIVE KG
