I think he got 2 pay days today since he did 2 WR.

yesterday I completed the 90days warrior routine on Hasfit, feels very good and in the best shape of my life (28yo) considering going for Insanity after a few days off, any of you tried it?

Congrats, getting into a habit of working out is the most important! Depends on your goals, but something is always better than nothing.
Cut for the meet going great, strength has not declined, I'll be lowering volume from next week. Already lost 2kg and need to lose 2more. Bonus point for looking more jacked, my gf said my quads look awesome
Went to the doctor, looks like it's PCL not ACL. Doesn't seem too serious or completely torn, getting an MRI tomorrow. Based on what I'm able to do and timelines i've read online should be fine in 2-4 weeks. But doesn't look like i'll play my last game of the season this weekend

After college, I noticed that I would wake up more and more easily to noise, light, temperature changes, etc. When I was 18, it felt like I could sleep through anything and instantly adjust to shifts in my circadian rhythm (e.g., going to bed at 7 AM on the weekend and still being able to sleep for nine hours). This has been getting worse over the last year or so. I know that I'm not a teenager anymore, but geez, I'm only 25 and I wake up to the smallest noise or temperature change. I can't even fall asleep if my roommate has the TV on across the hall. My friends who are the same age don't seem to suffer from this. I can't shift my sleep cycle at all, either. If I fall asleep later on the weekend, I'll still wake up at around the usual time, even though I know I haven't slept enough and still feel tired (but of course, I won't be able to go back to sleep).
People said that if I started working out, it would help, but I've been lifting for about eight weeks and it hasn't resulted in better sleep.
And I've tried all the quick and easy stuff one might find from a Google search: melatonin, warm milk, no caffeine, etc. Anybody have a problem like this before?
I think I'm dealing with some cubital tunnel syndrome shit. Feeling pain above my elbow and my arm feels really weak. For some reason it only happens at night (computer use?) but it's really annoying.
Nice article about how to reduce office life damage. I really liked this approach. Try different stuff, and actually measure results.
i suddenly got the incredibly non-obvious idea of kneeling behind my desk instead of sitting on a chair.... my desk is insanely low down (i think???) so i can kneel down (or at least aim to...no mobility) or kneel up behind it , which stretches my back instead of fucks it .
tldr try kneeling at your desk instead of sitting in a chair lol
I used to do that occasionally but there is no way I could do it for longer than 5 min. I much prefer the standing desk with a high chair I can use off and on.
I have worked the past 5 weeks insane amount of hours all from conference rooms hunched over a laptop. My shoulders are reaaaaaally killing me by now TT. Not having any consistency really is the worst about work, health-wise.
i have a pretty thick carpet (on the floor i mean not my pubes) so its fine. if i didn't i'd just stick a tshirt under there.
wtf do u want me to post a picture of a person kneeling?
i am alternating between kneeling up and kneeling down every 4-5 minutes maybe?
i don't have mobility to kneel down properly (rest ass on calfs) so its a great stretch aswell for my shins + whatever other leg bits + feet/reverse ankles.
kneeling up stretches the shit out of your spine/lower back.
since u asked for a fucking pic of someone kneeling i guess i will have to do it

With my internet radiology PHD, I'd have to agree with that. Don't see a complete tear anywhere so I don't think I'll need surgery. Standard is 4-6 weeks of PT but I wouldn't be surprised if it's less than that based on my current levels of pain and functionality. I think I can skip the "aggressive quadriceps strengthening" regiment as I've been doing that for like 5 years haha. ACL looks pretty solid. Meniscus seem undamaged.

There are chairs specifically designed for kneeling that make it pretty comfortable and keep you in a good position. I don't know about how comfortable they are after 4+ hours but they are still pretty nice.
