This ranking is for Brand Value. The Market Value of the Allianz Arena alone is huge, compared to Nou Camp or Santiago Bernabeu. This is not a popularity contest, although I think it is a big part of it.

Although looking at the methodology, the fact that they sell the naming rights of the stadium to Allianz, whereas other clubs don't, might matter.
From the last graph here, it seems Bayern's rise was recent: http://www.brandfinance.com/images/upload/the_worlds_most_valuable_football_brands.pdf

I'm the only one that despite so many Cristiano and Bale by the press, the real hero is Ramos? So awesome in both semifinal and final.
And Di Maria was the best of the final in my opinion.

Ronaldo played a horrible final, Bale was a bit better but not by much.
Reals best players this CL season were Modric (by far), Di Maria and Ramos.

I don't see how Ronaldo isn't between those 3 with his new ridiculous record of 17 goals.

Yes, these 3 have being phenomenal.

C.Ronaldo would've scored +20 goals this season if he wasnt injured against Gala at Santiago Bernabéu :D

oh cmon ronaldo's cl season has been fantastic even if he had a bad final. 17 goals in 11 matches, 1.55 average per game..
yeah ramos was absolutely clutch and modric is great and di maria hasn't gotten the credit he deserves but cmon ronaldo crushed the previous CL goal scoring record..

C.Ronaldo joint top scorer of La Liga and top scorer of CL. He is definitely one of the best players this season. Just look at the last league games of Real. Real without a fully fit Ronaldo can't score consistently.

C.Ronaldo is turning 30 years old next year. He got quite old lol.
Modric is player of the season for RM imo.

not calling ronaldo player of the season for real /champions league is just pure madness
|
Of course, Ronaldo had a great season but still i think Modric is the MVP of this team.

youre mad !! herecy! and i dont even like the guy

And Di Maria was the best of the final in my opinion. Agree, Pepe also played really well and fair (not sarcastic here, no really not!)

Well think about it: How many strikers are in the upcoming World Cup those only purpose is to score goals? I count like 2 and a half + maybe some guy from Iran. These kind of players are dying out because at this level a lot of people can "score goals". Thats why i think Modric had more value then Ronaldo on that team like last year not Robben or Ribery was the most important player to win CL, it was Javi Martinez. Or the years before the player who made the great Pep Barca possible was not Iniesta, Xavi or Messi it was Sergio Busqets. At least in my opinion.
I am not saying he is not really really good i am just saying that i think that Modric had a more important role in the Real system then Ronaldo.

The player that makes RM tick is Xabi Alonso, not Modric. Modric is a great player and he had an excellent season, but lets not get carried away here. RM looked clueless until Atletico started tiring out and RM always look clueless when Alonso isn't on the pitch.

In a nutshell right there
Atletico went all in and just barely missed it, tough luck. On another day Ramos doesnt get to that..
the rest of the game was just fluff. There was only one winner after Di Maria slalomed their whole D for like the 10 time.
Di Maria has been the strongest creative threat, hes beaten players and left them for dead (and by this i dont mean kicking the ball in space and chasing after it, which ofcourse is a 100 million skill so dont get me wrong) and Xabi Alonso's stability lets Modric tick.
