So, I put on between 5 and 7.5kg on to my OHP during the 3 weeks. I'm pretty happy with that, given that it really didn't feel as hard as I expected. | ||

I need to get on top of that) Back Squat: 5x135, 5x155, 5x185, 5x205, 5x225 Bench Press: 5x135, 5x155, 5x165, 5x165, 6x160 (last set was to failure. I knew I couldn't stay at the same weight and get 5 reps) Barbell Shrug: 12x185, 10x205, 8x205 Seated Calf Raises: 15x115, 12x125, 10x125 Weighted Dips: 12x25, 10x27.5, 8x30 Then I did some bodyweight abs stuff (as normal) and did some indoor agilities because it was much too cold to do anything outside. Also, I weighed myself after the workout and I only weighed 174. O.O Can I really lose 5 pounds of water in two hours? | ||

Pull-ups 50lb 3x5 Bench 180 5,5,4 Felt really heavy so I'm bummed didn't complete 3x5 but still happy I got 4.5 reps on the last set. Also been a week since last bench due to cold boo. | ||

Squat 5x5 54.5 kg Bench 3x5 61kg || 2x4 61kg Pull up 2x5 2.5kg || 1x4 bw I felt really bad today. Went on vacation this weekend and drank and ate a lot. thursday should be back to progressing on my lifts | ||

I took probiotics but it didn't seem to help versus the inevitable travel stomach-> diarreah :/ On the plus side we butchered a pig, skinned and gutted it, then spitfire roasted it for dinner one day. It was primally delicious :D | ||

![]() Followed up with 3x8 of ab wheel and crunches. Today it's felt like my joints are hurting.. just below the hip. I felt it after squating yesterday.. So I am debating on whether or not to squat tomorrow. The pain isn't terrible, like a 3/10. But it is definitely there if I shift weight to either side. IDK.. I guess I'll just wait until I go to the gym @2pm tomorrow to see how I feel. Hopefully I can squat because I was hoping to throw a plate on each side and just go for it! | ||
