Hope you are kidding. Schalke, Wolfsburg, Leverkusen just 3 teams who would take him instantly and have the money to create a team that can somewhat compete for the championship

Isn't there a much shorter version?

Man city apparently got navas for 24 mil. It will give city some much needed width they lacked. Have been a big fan of him ever since the wonder goal he scored against Korea in like 2010 friendly. Surprised he wasn't picked up earlier because he is so fast and a great shot to boot

He can go to Dortmund in 2016 once Klopp leaves for Barca when his contract expires!

I think he got it under control with a therapist a few years ago, though. Top class signing.

My thoughts after listening to that interview.
On Roman:
Clearly, he's the dude with the biggest ego. And perhaps rightly so, because he wields the cash. If we "analyse" the exchange between Mou and him. Mou asked Roman if he wanted him (Mou) back at the club, Roman turned it around and asked if he (Mou) wanted to come back. Establishing power-relations!
On Mourinho:
I think Ferguson is his role model. And being a big ego himself. He probably would want to emulate him and one up him. So hopefully, when he says he wants to settle. He means it. That is of course, dependent on our trigger happy owner lol...
I really hope it's for the long haul this time! And I look forward to seeing Chelsea winning the BPL again! KTBFFH!!!

I don't think it's inaccurate to say he did well in the top 3 leagues, not because the Bundesliga isn't great, but because the Serie A was considered top 3 at the time Mourinho coached in it. The German league was being looked at like "In a few years it'll be one of the best leagues around" and so it is.

Best version.... Stamford Bridge is now a fortress 8 years for Mourinho in charge of Porto Chelsea Inter and Real Madrid...0 losses at home ^_^
Oh and he has the best win % of any manager in the premier league, with a 73% win ratio

He hasn't won the Club World Cup I think. And lets not forget the Johnstone's Paint Trophy
Reporter today : "Things have changed since you left Chelsea".
Jose Mourinho : "No, Arsenal still haven't won a trophy" Gold.

Schalke, Wolfsburg, Leverkusen just 3 teams who would take him instantly and have the money to create a team that can somewhat compete for the championship Wolfsburg would probably have the money for that, but not Schalke and Leverkusen. If you look at the player transfers of the past 5 years then Schalke is in the red with ~ 2 million €, Leverkusen with ~22 (and about to sell their most valuable player), while Wolfsburg has payed roughly 90 million more for new players. So all in all no german club besides Bayern, BVB and Wolfsburg could afford Mourinho to begin with. Besides that Wolfsburg is no global player so i highly doubt that Mour would be interested. Only leaves Bayern (already got a new coach) and BVB (Mou doesn't fit to Dortmund, but that might change in 2-3 years if they continue like that and Klopp would like to coach another team).

Japan vs Australia kickoff - the best teams of AFC
very very good match, why is no one interested in Asian football? :/
Kagawa and Honda together are just beautiful and Kawashima just did a world class save!
|
Spending a few days in tokyo, noticed everyone wearing football jerseys so tuned in to tonight's match. Maybe I don't watch enough football but it seems like the game has consisted of Japan getting possession for most time and not capitlizing on it, bout to fall asleep from jet lag x.x
- and then australia fucks up a golden opportunity. How many on target kicks have there been from australia this game?

I beg to differ. australia is not in a good position right now in qualifying. If they lose to japan here... australia had that generation but now its over and there are very few talented youngsters
