Chelsea make money even when they spend £50million on Torres and 30Million on Hazard they still turn over a profit which is fine. I rather doubt PSG and Monaco have the income from sponserships/sales to compete with the links of Barca/Real/United. And if they fail to meet the FFP rulings they wont be able to compete in Champs League thus they wont be able to get the best players? i think psg just signed the worlds biggest deal on jersey sponsorship, iam not sure though

He has the second best record of undefeated games with the France national team behind Aimé Jacquet (France 98). He plays a possession game, offensive football which is very entertaining. As a player, he was a world-class defender and played with the very best. In my book Blanc > Allegri Yeah Blanc was a very good manager. And world class as a defender, I am sad he quit the national team ![]()

Hopefully, we can keep Ancelotti for another year then if Ancelotti wants to leave still then he can fuck off. Wenger will come to PSG and lead us to glory. Tbh Blanc is a good coach for a small team. He can't handle egos that well like how we saw with the national team. I doubt he can handle the likes of Menez, Ibra, and maybe Rooney if he comes. Brasil says 25M, SPORT says 53M and Sid Lowe is saying over 100M. Well rm offered more so I doubt it was anywhere close to 100m. I think around 50m.

It was 100m in total. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/may/26/neymar-barcelona-santos-move Neymar's contractual situation was complex, with a number of interested parties involved: the DIS investment group held 40% of his economic rights while another group, TEISA, held 5% and Santos 55%. But Santos held 100% of his registration. In the end, Barcelona reportedly agreed to pay Santos and those partners around €28m, plus a further €30m to the player and close to €9m in agents' fees. A down payment of €10m had already been made in January 2011. Neymar will sign a five-year contract on a salary of €7m a season. In total, that means the package is worth more than €100m. RM's bid was reportedly 150m, that's why Barca's coach came out and said Neymar chose for football reasons and not financial.

50m is a lot of money. He also didn't even want to get an offer from bayern and chelsea. I hope he succeeds for this reason alone.

Why do you bring that here? Do you want me to post the amount of germany's and america's national banks debt and the reasons why you haven't flopped on your bellies yet? You won't like it. This is the one thread we can be silly and poke each other in good fun, take your biased political views elsewhere. Sry for back seat moderating.

Pretty ironic don't you think? My comment was not political at all, it talks to the overall point of how Barca and RM spend money they don't have, even after taking into account the fact that they hold the majority share of their TV rights (unlike EPL which is shared equally). This is acceptable in Spain due to the fact that the country is run the same way. In England, you have fans of United lament the fact that the Glazers pump the club with debt, but you won't hear such grumblings in Spain. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2013/may/04/barcelona-real-madrid-spain-pain http://sportsnewsireland.com/soccer/soccer_irish/real-madrid-tops-football-rich-list-but-who-tops-the-debt-list-2013-04-18/ Here is the top ten and what they are worth: 1. Real Madrid £2.18billion 2. Manchester United £2.09billion 3. Barcelona £1.72billion 4. Arsenal £880million 5. Bayern Munich £860million 6. Ac Milan £624million 7. Chelsea £595million 8. Juventus £458million 9. Manchester City £455million 10. Liverpool £430million Now here is the debts those teams seem to have: 1. Real Madrid £600million 2. Manchester United £359.7million 3. Barcelona £369.5million 4. Arsenal £104million 5. Bayern Munich- NO DEBT they have been in profit ever since the 2011-12 season. 6. AC Milan £298.8million 7. Chelsea- NO DEBT they made a profit of 1.2million dated April 10th 2013 8. Juventus £48.65million 9. Manchester City- NO DEBT but have yet to release their profit margins 10. Liverpool £237million Oh look, RM debt/EV ratio is 30%, Barca is 21%. Man United is the highest in England at 18%. Champions League winner Munich has 0 debt. Is it a mere coincidence that clubs are run the same as their countries?
