Bayern seems like a really good fit, attacking style, youngs players etc... Some catalan newspapers also seem to indicate that Barcelona wouldn't be against him taking Masia players into his future team because they know he wouldn't burn them and would take good care of them. If he has access to la Masia and the Bayern youth team, that can't be bad!

He'll be so much better than Heynckes. T_T But it's awesome to see that one of the three most famous managers of recent times will work in Germany, it's amazing how much the reputation of the German league has improved.

I've always seen Bayern as a very proud club. No I'm not saying these youngsters would be in the starting 11. They are like extra resource for a club, which can't be bad because they're not yet big egos that don't want to sit on the bench. For example, it seems like Barcelona doesn't want Delofeu to join the 1st team yet, and I bet they wouldn't be against him being on a loan in another club (like Bayern). And I'm pretty sure Bayern would love to have this guy in the squad, even if he is just a sub. Once again, it's just an example, I don't think Bayern 'needs' la Masia, but it's still something good and almost free.

Apparently one of the reason of guardiola's departure from barcelona was the fact that he had to do everything because Rossell and his board were incompetent, hence why he was stressed and tired. In a club like Bayern, led by a character like Hoeness, Pep will be able to solely focus on coaching which is good. Can't wait to see him with the tyrol outfit. I think you are right. He left Barcelona because he didn't like Rosell president (elected after Laporta, who wasted the 8 maximum years as Barcelona president). Guardiola always was a Laporta/Cryuff supporter and he didnt like Rosell incompetency and anti-cruyff style. I think He didn't want problems with the president again, so Bayer is best option that Chealsea.

Don't understand how he refused to even talk to Chelsea in December/November yet signed a 3 year deal in January for a job in July :S Good luck none the less, should be crazy to see what he can do there. He quit Barcelona cause of stress and dealing with higher ups, and you think he would even possibly want to coach under Roman?

He quit due to "Politics" in running a club like Barcelona. Where they have all sorts of things going on behind the scenes. Not to do with pressure from the board demanding wins. The only pressure you get in the Chelsea job is to win football games, like at any club. Roman wouldn't let him get involved in anything other than running the team and maybe saying "this player is good, id like him at the club" other than that the Chelsea manager is only tasked with making the team win football games.

He also said not long ago he hated dealing with all the shit Mou threw in his speeches to "other teams". Having to remain polite against the huge douche clown must be tough, Pep almost lost it a few times. Btw, Guardiola with a great choice as per usual in him.
