He has a strong personality to manage egoes (Eto'o, Ibra, Touré, etc.), very good at tactics, and has a really good public image in general, so overall he can be considered as one of the best. Of course people will always say "he only managed one team" but I don't share this opinion x) | ||

e. anyway now I have the tough choice of 2 good English commentators and Arsenal-Swansea or some Murkan jerk and Ray Hudson, who at times can funny but most of the time just sounds like he has only one functioning lung and Barca-Malaga. | ||

Chelsea 2-0 Southampon Ba - Hazard On the pep subject. Not only does he have good charisma, the guy has been there and done it. He was a great footballer, when your manager is a super talented footballer before he was a manager, they instantly get respect of the team. Which helps so much in management, ala AVB goes to Chelsea, and tells all the old people they shit and benches them = not how to manage. If Pep did it probably respect him more due to being there and done it would tell them differently xD | ||
